    Pelayananan super tidak ramah untuk pendaftaran, apa mentang" pasien pakai KIS jd semena" sm pasien. Sy baru pertama kali USG disitu, sudah nunggu berjam" g diberitahu ke gedung mana sy harus nunggu akhirnya sy nunggu selama 3 jam sampai mau tutup jam USGnya dan yg manggil sy bukan resepsionis itu atau dokter" sm perawat disitu. Yg manggil sy pasien yg istrinya kebetulan USG disitu di gedung sebelah. Dia tau sy dipanggil malah ngedumel seakan sy yg salah pdhl harusnya dia yg ngasih informasi untuk ke arah mana selanjutnya. Reshuffle aja dah resepsionisnya 👎

    Tolong kuota untuk USG bisa di tambah lagi.. Per hari hanya melayani 6 orang itupun hanya hari selasa & rabu. Dan untuk PIMPINAN PUSKESMAS GAYAMAN tolong di beri peringatan pekerja anda yg di bagian pendaftaran untuk lebih sopan melayani pasien, dan kalo bisa di ganti karna tidak satu dua kali memberi penjelasan yg ketus kepada pasien, khususnya pekerja yg cewe itu sangat ketus dan kesannya meremehkan pasien. TERIMAKASIH.

    Pegawai pelayanan (frontliner) kinerjanya sangat buruk. Apalagi yg perempuan (kurang tau namanya). Nada bicaranya kalo bisa diturunkan sedikit bu karena masyarakat yg datang ke tempat ini mayoritas lansia, ibu hamil, dan anak-anak. Jangan dibiasakan bentak-bentak masyarakat. Semua orang datang ke tempat ini karena ada keperluan, entah itu berobat atau mengurus keperluan administrasi. Wajar kalo banyak yg belum tau prosedurnya. Mohon diperbaiki lagi kualitas pelayanannya, sekelas instansi pemerintah masa gaada pelatihan 👎

    Astaghfirlloh hal adzim, saya hanya minta informasi terkait imunisasi PCV untuk anak jawabannya sangat ketus dan tidak ramah. Tidak seperti puskesmas kota Mojokerto, segala info terkait Puskesmas dijawab dengan baik dan jelas.

    Pelayanan sangat buruk..petugas tidak ramah sama sekali,, loket di ket buka 07.30 tpi sampai jam 8 baru buka..petugas di loket malah asik ngobrol pdhal yg antri sudah banyak..mohon di perbaiki untuk petugas di bagian loket karna sgt tidak ramah

Padahal sy punya kartu BPJS dr perusahaan sy. Dan sdh sy perlihatkan kartu BPJS sy. Tetapi jawabnya petugas yg didepan,, ini untuk tenaga kerja ( sy kurang paham ). Dan akhirnya sy pindah ke puskesmas di kota. Dan ternyata benar,, gratiss semuanya utk ANC terpadu. Sama sekali tdk dipungut biaya laborat, dll.

    Pelayanan nya kurang bagus terutama untuk USG jelas" sudah antri no dan katanya siapa yang belum dipanggil USG saya sudah acungkan antrian katanya baik tunggu panggilan ya pas giliran nomor antrian dipanggil dan ditanya mau periksa apa USG jawabnya maaf sudah penuh maksimal nya cuma 6 orang perhari untuk USG... Kecewa karena sudah menunggu

    Sangat di memuaskan,,petugas di pendaftaran sungguh sangat tidak ramah,ketus jahat,tolong diperbaiki lagi untuk pelayanan,,untuk pemeriksaannya juga kurang memuaskan,ada orang mau berobat mau sharing keluh kesah sakitnya gimana solusinya atau harus gimana,tapi malah diem aja langsung dikasih resep tanpa jawab apa apa,banyak orang yang pindah faskes karna pelayanan sungguh sangat tidak ramah

    In this review, many people do not understand the working hours of the Puskesmas. My suggestion is that maybe the community health center can socialize it more. As a patient, I help explain to others that the working hours of the health center are not the same as those of the hospital. Puskesmas services are up to 12 hours depending on the day, but the ER service is 24 hours. Why is the service only up to set 12? Because after the service closes, employees make patient records, etc. So even though the service closes at 12, the employees are still at the pkm doing other work. For civil servants, working hours also differ depending on the agency, as far as I know, working hours at community health centers are until 15.00. However, I emphasize once again that ER services will always be STANDY. PLEASE AS PATIENTS BE SMART PATIENTS IN GIVING CRITICISM AND SUGGESTIONS NOT BY DROPPING. I also saw that at the counter there was a box for criticism and suggestions. Hopefully the Gayaman Community Health Center will be even better in the future.

    One star unfriendly service. I came to this health center twice at the registration section. Why can't the service at the registration site be a little friendlier with patients? Even though it's just an extension of the reference letter. To the head of the community health center 🙏 to be wiser and firmer towards non-service employees.
