Worst management and Doctor behavior.. They even don't have basic ethics how to talk to patient. I am inside hospital now and i need medicines for my child and they stopped me saying they can't open the door. When I said I am going to call the cops than they opened it. Not every parent can handle such worst Situation. So it's better to go for any good reputated private hospital or any government one. They stop the lifts and other facility inside also . Check the pics for more details. They are just here to make money and they are least bother about the patient and their family or child. Once a baby is delivered no one is going to help or take care of your child. Doctor not even come for regular checkup even they are charging for the same. I am Rahul from Purnea and I am local guy. By profession I am Software Engineer and in this corona time I am at home from past 1.5 years. I have been to so many hospital but none of them behave in such a bad manner. So be aware and spread the news so that these kind of people must relise their mistake and improve the service or they must need proper ethicates so that patient and their child should not suffer.

Dr Anju during the initial days was very good in diagnosis and caring but these days many feedback is coming from the friends and relatives which gives very bad feeling. A doctor should not behave like this. If she have generated a huge customer base (using this in place of patient) then she should give everyone the same treatment which they are coming. It is not the amusement park rather a life saving centre. My family got treated in 2018. Recently my friend visited there with lots of issues like asking operation for almost all patients, bad behaviour, keeping bouncers, giving less time, charging high and so on. I hope she should take a note on this and rectify the same. Patients see lots of hope in a doctor and the doctor should not break this.

Pregnant women are standing for longer than 2 hours and no one cares about it.staff are bunch of useless people , except collecting money and copying the report, they are not doing anything else. Even having a prior appointment, they don't care and allow everyone to go inside due to which pregnant womens have to wait in the queue. Hospital administration needs to improve in the below points: 1. Staff behaviour is too worst, which needs to improve a lot. They are thinking as IAS or IPS officer themselves. 2. Doctors come at 1 PM always which is too late. Doctors should give some respect to the time. 3. Most of the time doctors on leave.

Not good. They are looting money in the name of unnecessary blood test, at first visit i have asked to pay 5000 rs only for test like HIV, ttg, thyroid etc that are not useful. They were waiting for the dr since morning n after meeting hi m he gave them some test to get done after that report he will write prescription. In evening 6 he show the reports and when he show the report from thyrocare he totally refused to write any prescription. Saying that the test should be done in his hospital only. My in law mother admitted 3 weeks ago for motion and vomiting reason. That time i was not there. My other family members took care. After 3 weeks still she was having vomiting tendencies. Enquired over the phone about the availability of doctor Shaneel as he was treated initially. Dr was on leave and they told to come personally for the appointment. In the evening i reached but hospital staff said concerned person is not here to give appointment. IS IT CLINIC OR HOSPITAL? Dr and mgmt should explore and do MD in this regard also as how far this is convenient to their existing patient. No worries, next day reached to the hospital at around 3 pm with my in law mother for consultation. Dr. Shaneel,s attendant said come after 5 pm. But in between i tried to prioritize considering the age of patient and existing case. To my surprise they said it is Dr S P Singh hand written prescription on the pad of Dr. Shaneel so consult him. Proceeded ahead and they suggested to pay rs 500 as consultation fee. Did and met the doctor. MOST WORSEFUL EXP, dr listen you least and forget about patient comfort. He is interested to know about the existing medicine and was expecting only the patient should reply. My in law mother age is plus 65 and she was not able to recall. But the dr remains adamant and not listened anything from us and straight forward said bring all medicine tomorrow. He has not written customised required test but SS4 package plus few more. Out of which many test was done few days ago. Dr could have seen the 3 weeks old report and could have saved some of my pennies.Ok did all the testing. Next day reached with the test report, and requested for medicine prescription. To my WORST EXPERIENCE they told it is PURANA PURJA come in the evening. Tried to talk the doctor but he also not listened anything. While said its bit urgent said " to jaaiye". Chale jaate par mera Rs 3000 kharch ho chuka tha. Wo bhi bina commision wala paisa., imaandari ka paisa. So listened him. Is this the way you handle your patients.
