I recently purchased some items at the Big Bazaar. They were facing some technical difficulties in processing the payment via Debit cards. I first paid Rs. 340 by Debit card. The money was deducted from my account. They said "NO". I again paid for the same bill by Credit Card. I was forced to pay twice because of inefficient staff. It seems they are bunch of frauds running Big Bazaar. When I complained about this to manager, he said he couldn't do anything. BIG BAZZAR - I DIDN'T EXCEPT THIS KIND OF FRUSTRATING SERVICE FROM YOU! Pathetic service! Higher prices, You don't deserve here! Don't buy anything from here. Amazon and Flipkart are much better option than buying from Big Bazaar Mokama. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF
