If you have gold membership then can get exciting offers as well. The staff behaviour and service is satisfactory till now.

Impeccable customer service.I have been using lenskart products for a long time but it was my first time going to store, and it was worth it. I planned to purchase a lens for my existing spectacles but instead they suggested buying a new one since it would cost the same. A big plus point was I got to try out before purchasing. The store representative are polite enough, Loknath is brilliant on helping customer and solvng issue immediately.

Both female staffs are so rude and unethical. No basic sense, shameless creatures. Seems linke lenskart doesn't pay them that's why they are so frustrated. I went to get an eye test done, she repeatedly insisted to take a frame first only then she would do that. Shame on Lenskart employees. I'll make sure an appropriate action is taken against these mannerless girl staff of yours. Aren't lenskart employees made aware of their basic policy of eyecheck and more importantly, how to treat customers. Shame on you, lenskart.
