You have to request to have your room cleaned because they were short staffed supposedly because of Covid, there was a sign at the front desk but they never told me verbally until I asked three days later why my room wasn't cleaned, I didn't see the sign because I was so tired from a 15 hour drive straight and checking in at 3:30a all I wanted was a bed. Other than that I didn't have any other issues, would I book there again? Absolutely!

Booked last minute for a funeral. The place was very clean and the staff was great. We had an issue with a slow drain in our tub, I called and maintenance came within MINUTES. I would absolutely stay there again.

I was racially profiled from the time I stepped in being ask do I have a lot of children or am I coming to throw a party. I was there to book my 65 year old mother a room so she could relax before her massage at heavenly Massage the next day. After I left they came to her room on two different occasions accusing her of smoking which she wasn’t and has never smoked they just didn’t want us there. I would not advise anyone to stay here.

Clare, the breakfast cook, was so friendly and all of her food was super delicious. The front desk people were very nice and professional. The pool was cool and refreshing. There were two downsides that are kind of out of the control of the staff: no whirlpool/hot tub even though it’s on the directional signs and the strong weed smell on our floor.

Country inn lost our reservations for the night before and the night of my wedding. When they were able to find us a room, they found a different room for each night. The honeymoon suite that I got the night before the wedding was covered in ants. We have tried to call management about our experience and their poor service and they have refused to talk with or work with us.

Room was kind of clean. Poor bathroom cleanliness. The ac doesn't work. Our window was broken. Beds very uncomfortable along with pillows. Overpriced and outdated

We knew we were in trouble when we got to the room to find the smoke/co detector covered by a plastic bag. Staff quickly removed it but our stay didnt get any better. Room had several big stains on the carpet and lamp shade. They only provide 3 bath towels but yet the booking was for a family of 4. We called down for more towels and were told to come down to pick them up at the front desk. Also the bathroom has no towel rods. Only one hook on the door. Never stayed at a hotel where the bathroom didn't have a place to hang towels. Lastly the security of the hotel was not good. The fire exit door was not locked nor did any alarm go off when people would go in or out of this door like the sign on the door states. Stayed for 3 nights and saw people going in and out at all hours requiring no room key. Therefore, any person including non hotel guests could enter the hotel at any hour. This is a great way to get robbed or attacked. We paid nearly $200 a night and honestly it wasn't worth $60-$70 a night. Highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

The front desk staff is super friendly and eager with area suggestions for fun and food. Breakfast included is a nice bonus. Where the rooms were very clean and well provided with sundries, the common spaces were less than impeccable. The 3rd floor had vomit in the hall, that was there the next morning, so either staff at night doesn't do hall checks or they were not informed by the offending party of the indiscretion. The workout center as well at the elevator and stair well smelled very heavily of Marijuana, there was nonway to avoid it (I can only hope I didn't smell of it during my job interview). Over all the clean rooms and friendly staff made it a pleasant stay.

The rooms are clean-ish. We did find a pair of underwear behind the chair. But the sheets were clean. Bathroom tidy. It didn't feel dirty. The bed is hard. Pillows don't stay plump -I needed two to make a normal size pillow. The sheets were a little scratchy. Bathroom is great . The shower water gets hot, fast. The towels are great. Service is excellent. Attentive and kind staff. The breakfast is good. Nothing fancy but they keep it stocked and fresh. Location is fine. It's a great place to stay for a night or two and I did get some amazing rest.

I used to like staying here. But the rooms are definitely not as clean as they could be. They nit pick about the complimentary cookies. The breakfast is mediocre imitation eggs, half done sausages. I cool found hair all over the bathroom and bed.

Our room wasn't the greatest for my extended stay. Seemed like it wasn't deep cleaned in a long time. Shower wasn't the greatest. Staff is friendly and overall nicer than many places I've been on all around.

Absolutely enjoyed our time here. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The fresh baked cookies in the evening is an excellent touch. The housekeeping staff and breakfast staff were super nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Even though there were other guests in our floor, it was quiet with no slamming of doors that you get in other hotels. The location is perfect for shopping and dining in Tinley Park or Orland Park. Looking forward to my next stay. Keep up the amazing work!

We had a nice weekend. Claire in the dining area was helpful with our special needs son. I chose not to try the pool which looked murky. There was a sign indicating whirlpool was avaiable, but it was not. We were looking forward to that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the pool was out of service for the first two days of our 5 day stay. Additionally, there was a sewage odor throughout the property.

You can hear someone in the bathroom next to you like they are with you. There was a tinge of what looks like blood on the wall in the bathroom. The air/fan options are extremely limited and confusing because there is an old fashioned air conditioner under the window and a central air box on the wall that doesn't seem to work.

We had a great experience here. We came to celebrate our son’s 14th birthday and let him have a sleepover with his friends. Upon checkin the staff was very friendly and fast to check us in. The warm soft complementary cookies were a welcome touch! We couldn’t get joining rooms but they placed us next door so it worked out well. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Everything functioned well in both rooms. The beds were very comfortable. We were the only family in the pool so it was nice to spread out and enjoy the amenities without bothering anyone else. The front desk clerk even allowed us to used our blow up basketball rim since there were no other guests to disturb. The breakfast was decent and had a good spread of options and the coffee was better than most other hotels. The late noon checkout was perfect to allow us time to leave without a hurry. We checked in on a Wednesday so it was very quiet, we were probably the loudest guest here aside for another family with small children. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for an awful sewage smell in the hallway right outside our 2nd room. Started shortly after we checked in and stood through the night. Not sure where it was coming from since we couldn’t smell it once inside the room. It was gone by morning but it made coming in and out the room unbearable. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for a lovely experience.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the first 2 nights were great. Big TV, comfy bed, breakfast was good. One complaint about the room is that the bathroom ceiling was clearly water damaged with the wall and ceiling peeling off. The last day was ridiculous and why I give 3 stars. It was like a zoo - obviously because it was a weekend. People shouting, kids running around screaming - one kid for an hour straight was kicking a soccer ball against the hotel doors. House keeping was standing right there and said nothing. I witnessed someone put a whipped cream canister in their kid’s mouth in the breakfast area - nasty! Staff needs to speak up and keep the hotel a peaceful and respectable place and stop being scared to confront unruly guests!!! Icing on the cake was when I got home from the hotel I noticed there was a foot long deep scratch on my car. I called - no security cameras. Seriously? It costs $200 to get a really nice security camera installed for the parking lot. Very sketchy. Overall, not a bad stay for weekday nights. Do not come on weekends!! And park in the Jumbo Crab parking lot to avoid inconsiderate jerks who will wreck your car.

This is good place to stay. We stayed 4 days what I really liked about it was that we were able to check in as soon as we arrived which was very early the front desk staff offered us breakfast the boys enjoyed that! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Now we did have 2 rooms that was adjoining so the our room which was a king wasn’t completely clean the floor was dirty but housekeeping was in the hall we let them know and they immediately took care of it also the refrigerator was on the floor and it wasn’t working the thermostat on the wall was also broken and then I go into the bathroom and the shower curtain was disgusting now I was over it my husband went to speak with the front desk and they immediately responded by offering another room they didn’t have another adjoining room but we were close to the boys (17yrs old) I was very pleased with the quickness of the staff they upgraded us to a King suite at no extra charge this room was much better and very clean the other room where the boys were was fine no complaints. The breakfast was good my boys really enjoyed it a lot. We checked in on a Wednesday morning so it wasn’t busy at all now Friday it was busier and I mean yes you could hear people in the hall but it wasn’t bad the only reason I say this is because I read some reviews and it makes it seem like there are no walls but it wasn’t bad for us anyways. The hotel in general was clean smelled fresh. In the lobby they always had cookies readily available and that lemon lime cucumber water was great! So all in all wonderful stay amazing staff very accommodating and helpful! I give my stay 7-10! Just know I was there during NASCAR

Room was clean and perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. No weird smells or stains. Breakfast was good. Staff is very friendly. The only "bad things" were was the pool was closed and their parking lot needs a little attention.

This experience was terrible from the time we walked in the door until we left. We booked a room a month ago and was told the room, plus tax and $100 incidental fee was gonna come off our card. Get to the hotel it was a $200 incidental fee. Remind u we booked 4 rooms. The front desk lady was very nice/nasty. She wasn’t caring or sympathetic at all. Get to the four rooms the chairs were disgusting, it wasn’t clean, barely wanted to sleep there, one of the rooms towels had blood on it, sheet had blood on it and pee stains on one of the mattresses. We had been calling for about a week no answer at the desk. We were trying to ask was the pool working get there it close at 7pm, and they had 45min window slots for people to get in. This was a horrible experience. I will never go there again.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. They put me and my infant in a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I had to keep windows wide open in the mid of winter (on the first floor) to try to get rid of the smell and it didn’t work. The bathroom floor looked like it was never vacuumed or mopped and there was was appears to be splattered blood on the wall. I would certainly never stay there again.

Wasn't to sure what to expect at the hotel upon arrival, since the last time we stayed at a Country Inn and Suites was not a good experience, but to our surprise it was very pleasant. The hotel is located right off I-80 and off a major road. The location is close to a lot of different restaurants (if you are willing to venture off the freeway area). For being in the location it is, it is very quiet for sleeping at night. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the standard breakfast at any Country Inn and Suites chain. We will for sure come stay here again when we come back to visit our friends in the area.

We stayed in town for a wedding down the road. Great price for memorial day weekend. Everyone at the front desk was really sweet and helpful. The room was bigger than I expected. Enjoyed many morning and afternoon coffees for free down at the front desk. I slept through most of the free breakfast but it was a nice selection of treats. Pool was indoors which was great because it was still a little chilly outside anyway. There is a gym where I was able to squeeze in my run for the day. Most restaurants and stores are just a $5 and 5 min uber/lyft ride away if you aren't driving. It was just 10 minutes away to the amphitheater where we got to go for a concert. If ever in Tinley Park I would stay there again.

Had plumbing issues with room. Rather than fix it, I was given a toilet plunger. Told to use it and leave outside of room. When I couldn't fix it, I was told nothing could be done. Hotel was sold out. When I tried to get a refund, said they couldn't issue one. Couldn't guarantee one would be issued later. The next morning, a non-manger was able to give me a refund. All the staff heard what happened, yet not one did anything about it.

My family and I had a great experience the receptionist at the desk welcomed us with the warm smile. There's entire stuff is very helpful and made sure that our needs were met. My goddaughter enjoyed the free cookies. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The only downside was the pool had somewhat of an odor. The breakfast was delicious and very well seasoned not like other hotels. Everything was done fresh and well prepared the server was even making sure that everyone said at a clean table she was very polite and helpful and a pleasure to talk to. the fitness center had several machines to work out with that was a plus. There was a Texas Roadhouse and a jumbo crab nearby but didn't see any other restaurants but doordash and Uber Eats was available. Overall we loved our stay so much that we have already booked again.

Seeing the mixture of reviews after I had booked it caused some concerns but I must be one of the few who had a rather pleasant experience here. I stayed from 15th to 21st October and from check in, even though it was close to 10 on a Saturday night, Eriq their receptionist was nothing but friendly, patient and kind though there was some computer troubles. Another point of compliment was that as we were staying for more than 6 nights, Eriq took the initiative and effort to enrolling us for the radisson membership program, even accor didn't go that mile for me. There were 2 others that came by to enquire for rooms and though they were fully booked, I saw nothing but empathy when he had to turn them away. I got a room on the second floor, and yes whilst the thermostat may not be the most responsive or accurate, it does tend to keep the room warm or cool, just give it around an hour to work. The sheets and room was also devoid of any bugs or insects and the bathroom was meticulously clean as well. I slept there for close to a week without any issue. Breakfast was also amazing by Claire who served the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. On Sunday, receptionist was also kind enough to patiently explain to us the safer way to getting downtown. This is one of the few motels that had a gym with some weights and I did use it once the gym was also relatively clean to use as well. Pool and gym is operational from 8 to 8, so though those hours aren't great for a pre or post work workout, it's better than nothing. Also, housekeeping is on request basis for guests who stay more than 2 nights if I recall correctly, but on the 4th day, they automatically made up my room. Towels, toothbrush and other common disposables are also available from front desk if needed. The motel has a drink and snacks vending machine, laundry and ice maker all on level one. The only two feedback that I have is that, firstly, the ironing board in the room was clearly worn and a bit dirty, and secondly, sound proofing may not be the best for light sleepers as the floor and door tend to have some creaking and stomping but those aren't major to me.

First room #311 was NOT throughly cleaned and had to move. As if it weren't enough that they wouldn't clean my room with 3 of us in it, I was constantly seeing trash in the corridors from people's rooms. Filthy restrooms outside of the fitness center with uncleaned toilets. And to seal the deal, a 45 minute waking us up on Saturday the 28th of May with fortunately no fire and no apology for ANY ofmy complaints. Definitely not worth a $620 three night stay....Never again.

Although the breakfast was decent the room was so dirty.. Hair in the shower and on the sink. Clearly they are not cleaning the bathrooms at all. They didn't even replace the toiletries, just left the used dirty ones for me to use. The next day at breakfast another guest was in the lobby complaining about her dirty room, so this is clearly a trend. I would never stay here again and honestly can't recommend anyone staying at this dirty hotel.

Was pretty tired checking in around 10pm and was greeted by an entire sports team having dinner in the lobby. They were all running through the hallways yelling and it was not very peaceful. Room was not totally clean either. Was excited for a hot tub after seeing google reviews only to find they don’t have one anymore. There was only 1 person working and I felt bad for her trying to keep up with all the people at the event and guests. She was kind and helpful.

I would like to say my stay was amazing as I had to stay for a week and work remotely while I took care of family business. My husband cant sleep without and fan and they gave him one for the stay and than we had to wash and one of the dryers was broke and Shay at the front desk offered to dry my clothes and when I went to pick up the other load out the dryer she had the other load folded and bagged. This was such amazing customer service. The housekeepers on the 2nd floor was also awesome and provided clean lined at the drop of a dime. I missed being home but this hotel was my home away from home. Thanks for all you did for us.

Overall a good stay. Good hot & cold breakfast choices. It would be nice to have meat choice(s) that's not pork but it's not a restaurant so Im over it already. Waffles! Yay! Not frozen & fresh off the griddle thingy! Comfy bed. Had issue with toilet because prior guest must've broke the chain off the flapper in tank. I went to tell front desk and the manager(who was on his way home) came right then & fixed it himself! Wanted an another box of kleenex. I got it. Plenty of places to charge phones, tablets and laptops. Big tv. 4 lamps. Didn't know how to operate the heater so I called front desk & the guy gave easy to follow instructions. So my 3day stay was all good. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the soap didn't smell appealing to me. CVS is half a mile away. Problem solved! 4.49 stars!

Service was great until we got into the room. The walls were stained the chair was stained the tub was broken qnd there was hair in the sink. When we spike with front desk we immediately received an attitude change. We were told that there was nothing that could be done. We got no discount. And they refused to change our room. Then we woke up this morning to find out the fridge wasn't working and has spoiled $100 worth of food.

Very good accommodations to be found for that area. Had a safe and pleasant visit. Very clean room. Breakfast was very good. Good family hotel. Hotel personnel were friendly.

The room was clean, modern and nicely decorated.the parking lot was extremely lit which made me feel safe (I had all my belongings in car driving cross country so that was a huge concern of mine). Bed was comfortable. I had a great sleep. All the employees were very polite. Great convenient spot right off of I-80.
