Although I'd describe them as just "okay," they were clean, comfortable, and offered everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The beds were cozy, the linens spotless, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. Despite the rooms being basic, they were well-maintained, ensuring a hassle-free stay. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service delivered by the hotel staff. From the receptionists to the housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Safe, anticeptically clean but with the lingering chemical smell. The hotel restaurant is not that good. The hotel bar is nice. Staff are friendly. WiFi is only near the office during business hours.

Lady at reception on arrival was good, but then I ordered food from their restaurant an hour ago, after an 8hr travel to here, took a bath, guy said food will take 30mins, on collection after an hour, the food is not ready, in fact this waiter did not even place my order, hes nowhere to be found. Wish i bought food elsewhere, lesson learnt, never buy food at thethe restaurant here!

It's ok not a place for tourists more for folks who are there for business functional is the term and the WiFi is very expensive

People are very friendly and accommodating. The extra mile is not far enough here. Only improvement will be a shower in the room, but they have everything you need. Well done and keep up the great hospitality!!!!!

Service is excellent with helpful and friendly staff. However all the rooms need maintenance and upgrades. I don't recommend this place if you're on vacation, but perfect for just overnight or work accommodation.
