My visit lasted 5 minutes! With nerve and grace, I was accepted because I didn't let another child in the queue pass. I had an appointment for 1:00 p.m., I waited 30 minutes, and then the doctor asked if I would let another child go. Answer ? NO ! Because I'll be late for work myself. PLN 170 for a 5-minute eye examination! like going to a bakery for rolls. I am not questioning the doctor's competence. However, the examination was very fast! And nervous . And the diagnosis was wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After being prescribed steroid drops it got worse!!! I changed the doctor, who made a good diagnosis and introduced treatment... which helped. The examination lasted 1.5 hours, which I didn't expect. I paid a lot more but I was satisfied with the cure!!! This is appreciated and respected

My assessment concerns a visit to the doctor. occupational medicine - Magdalena Bednarczyk. I have never experienced such disrespect and arrogance in a doctor's office. The doctor is deprived of personal culture, empathy and basic interpersonal communication skills. She speaks in incomprehensible half-words, gives commands casually, and her questions and comments are arrogant. I felt very uncomfortable during the visit. A plus is the nice lady at the registration desk.

Byłam w poradni lekarskiej kilka dni po porodzie, aby sprawdzić poziom bilirubiny u dziecka. Umówiłam się na wizytę do dr. Lewandowskiej. Na miejscu się okazało, że Pani dr nie potrafi obsłużyć urządzenia do pomiaru bilirubiny, musiała zadzwonić do właścicielki kliniki. Za wizytę zaplacilam 50 zł, dziś miałam przyjść na kontrolę. Miała ją zrobić Pani z recepcji. Gdy przyjechałam okazało się, że Pani oczywiście też nie umie obsłużyć urządzenia, więc sama zrobiłam pomiar (widziałam jak to jest robione w szpitalu). Co mnie rozbawiło, musiałam zapłacić 50 zł, za to, że sama zrobiłam pomiar który trwał krócej niż minutę. Brawo! Świetna polityka firmy i jaki kompetentny personel!

After many visits to various clinics, on the recommendation of a friend, I came to Dr.Karney's clinic. I can wholeheartedly say that never before and nowhere else have I received such professional service as here! Accurate diagnosis of the problem, accurate diagnosis, excellent service, patient care, detailed interview, flexible visiting hours, affordable prices, top-class specialists. 10/10! I recommend!

Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated a lot lately - an exchange of words like this: Me: Where can I find a nurse? Receptionist: In the office Me: Which one? Receptionist: Wherever I am This is not the level I expect from private health care. I don't need to know which office the nurse is in, the reception desk is there to provide me with such information. The conversation that followed was also very unpleasant, but I won't argue any further here - I'll just say that if someone wants to have a relatively nice experience during their visit, it's better to look for another place.

My review concerns strictly the occupational medicine doctor, Magdalena Bednarczyk, I have not had contact with the rest of the doctors, so I cannot comment. To say she's arrogant is to say nothing at all. From the moment you enter the office you feel dislike towards the patient. Information, or perhaps a better word, is comments, conveyed in the form of insults towards the patient, even humiliation. A very uncomfortable visit. I do not recommend it and I recommend that you undergo occupational medicine examinations elsewhere if you do not want to raise your blood pressure. A big plus for the reception, very nice and professional service.

Justification you asked for: 1. Reception and level of service - no response to anything that happens in the clinic from the patients' side. It should be remembered here that it is patients who pay for the visit, not doctors, and they should be the center of attention, not the other way around. 2. This is the third time the visit has not taken place on time or with a slight delay. The visit lasts 10 minutes and the delay is 40 minutes, that's how it was today. And that's how it is every time.

Jurek has been a patient of Dr. Alicja Karney from the first days of his life. I could go on and on about how much we owe to Dr. Dr. Alicja is the best pediatrician we have ever met - and unfortunately the first months involved numerous visits to various specialists. Only Dr. Karney helped. A fantastic, very dedicated person with extensive knowledge and experience. Apart from that, the clinic itself is a super friendly place, thanks to the ladies at the reception who are always willing to help and make appointments! :)

I recommend the clinic, great doctors. My children and I are patients, the approach to the patient is wonderful, Dr. Miśkiewicz saved my life, Dr. Kaszyńska, a wonderful woman, took care of my daughters' eyes. 💓💓💓

Polecam Panią dernatolog dr Kijakowską. Pojawiłam się z wysypką na twarzy i dekolcie. Szybka diagnoza i słusznie dobrane leki. Jestem bardzo zadowolona. Następnym razem na wizytę również wybiorę ponownie Panią doktor.

Opinia dot. dr Alicji Karney. Wspaniały lekarz z ogromną wiedzą. Zaangażowana, chce pomóc małemu pacjentowi, co z resztą zawsze jej się udaje. Przy okazji nieoczywistego problemu długo analizuje wyniki badań, wiedzę tę uzupełnia rozmową z rodzicami dziecka. Nie odmawia pomocy, zawsze przyjmuje dziecko osobiście, a nie jak większość lekarzy obecnie przez teleporadę. Ma również świetne podejście do małych pacjentów. Cieszę się, że moim synkiem opiekuje się tak wspaniały lekarz. Opinia dot. laboratorium. Tu dałabym zero gwiazdek. Pani tak nieudolnie pobierała synkowi krew, że obecnie walczymy, żeby bez płaczu wszedł do przychodni, bo spowodowała u niego traumę. (A wcześniej miał już wielokrotnie krew pobieraną, ale w innym punkcie).

Intimate, clean... everything professional. Doctor Ziemiecka is very nice, I like calm doctors who explain everything and the visit is not "silent". I recommend it!!

I sincerely recommend the medical clinic where my children are patients of Dr. Karney. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help. The pediatrician shows great care and commitment to children's health, explaining every step of the treatment.

Today's situation. Unfortunately, the staff does not remind patients (including those with infections) to wear masks, so a pregnant woman who came for an examination has to sit together with sneezing and snorting patients.

Dr. Karney's clinic is a truly recommendable place where you can benefit from the advice of many professional specialists. Such a doctor is Dr. Agnieszka Ziemiecka, with whom I once again performed ultrasound examinations. Friendly, very meticulous and precise, always smiling, she constantly explains the "magic spells" appearing on the monitor 😁 Best regards to Mrs. Grażynka and Justynka, the visiting card of the clinic 😉

I highly recommend the clinic. We regularly visit the pulmonologist - Dr. Lurzynska. Her competences and knowledge are enormous. She helped my children a lot. The ladies at the reception are always very helpful and friendly. I never have a problem with scheduling appointments or with delays. I also highly recommend Dr. Ziemiecka - an excellent ultrasound specialist.
