The estate was built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries for employees of the Warsaw-Kaliska Railway. The buildings look good from the outside. Their surroundings are well-kept. I recommend visiting and seeing the estate.

Well hidden between the tracks and new housing estates. Currently, one building is definitely for sale.

An atmospheric, architecturally coherent railway estate. Access from Ordona Street. Behind the estate - a no longer used railway viaduct. Caution is recommended when visiting the viaduct - there is no security, and there is broken glass under your feet.
