2023.04.14 - This "building", or rather the skeleton of the building, is located in the very center of Warsaw, surrounded by beautiful, decorative tenement houses. Its construction has been going on since 1992, i.e. for 31 years. The "Bratniak" housing cooperative wanted to build a 33-meter-high office building in this place. Its shape was to match the neighboring tenement houses. Unfortunately, the work dragged on for years until it finally stopped. Construction work was resumed in 2021. At that time, the plot belonged to Paradox Investment The project was changed. A glazed apartment building with ten apartments was to be built there. A few months later, the Masovian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments issued an administrative decision to suspend all works. And so it has been for over 30 years in a beautiful historical place, opposite the main building of the Warsaw University of Technology, which it is a gem of architecture, this "Skeletor" is terrifying. 😡 I wonder what its future history will be.
