Hello, i lived there for 5 months and I’ve never lived in worst place. 1/ They say that they are hotel and don’t give any documents, but when you want to stay for one more day to move away your stuff they reject and ask you to pay for the whole month. 2/ on the weekend when the reception doesn’t work, the hot water and heating also don’t work. If you complain they give you million excuses 3/ everything breaks just by touch, it’s like everything is put in by gum, minimum one thing breaks per week. 4/ reception is very useless, the only thing they do is give excuses and never solve any problems. 5/ I put bad review when I used to live there and they forced me to remove it 6/ the gym has the oldest machines in this world from veeeeery old time, most machines don’t work, no one cleans the gym, and they expect you to pay 5000 zl if you break anything in the gym. 7/ they tried to force me to pay for the next month when I terminated the contract one day before the 5th 8/ never go there

We paid the monthly rent + deposit for the apartment, but later it turned out that we still needed to pay 500 zlotys for the fee, since they were deducted for the service of changing the contract, they didn’t tell us that for this service needed pay, and it was beneficial only to that person, who lived there, just imagine 500 zlotys for changing the name in the contract, this is even impossible to imagine. They did not inspect the apartment after the first tenant, which we did not know about, they did not tell us about this either. After the first tenant, black stripes were left on two walls. As a result, when we check-out, they calculated this for us and wrote it in the inspection document - painting of all the walls. In addition, for other minimal defects on items, the full cost and replacement of the entire cabinet were calculated. They also deducted from the us for cleaning, as much as 200 zlotys, but this type of apartment cleaning cannot cost that much and this despite the fact that we cleaned up after ourselves. Of course, natural wear and tear will not be taken into account; if there is a defect, the tenant pays. As a result, at your expense, the apartment can be brought into perfect condition, without taking into account wear and tear. I have always paid a room fee, as long as I do not exceed the usage. I had my own kitchen and bathroom, these are the plus points. ** There is one on each floor of the laundry,it works with money. This did not create an overly big problem for me,I already do laundry weekly, and since they are not too dirty, the short schedule was enough for me. ** I didnt see the building dirty,in the smoking area outside were dirty time to time. But it's about tenant's character and behavior. ** There's a Żabka. So it's also a plus point. ** As a location, it does not have an extreme distance from the center. There are direct buses. **There are usually 2 or 3 people at the reception. They speak English. At least I didn't have any problems when I went there. I felt that maybe a few times in 9 months they acted disinterested. They avoided giving detailed answers,they gave short answers (not always). **The garbage room was downstairs,sometimes it was very full,the garbage was on the floor. But there is someone who is cleaned in that place. Maybe it has only been in bad situation 2-3 times. ** You don't always get a reply to emails. The next day I went to the reception,I said that this cleaning would not take much time,and ş cleaned anyway and didnt lose money for it. To summarize,if you are kind,they will be kind. if you damage your room,they will take the money. PS; I saw a conversation (between the reception and the *turkish* tenant candidate) stating that they do not accept Turks and that the building owner wants it that way. I don't think of it all as racism. As a Turk, during the whole time I lived in the building, I was disturbed by noise, the last sound of music being turned on, and 'shouting' conversations in groups at night. Of course, not all those who do this are Turkish. For example, there were people who smoked 'weed'. You could smell them all over the floor. But I think only the 'Turks' were caught :)

i stayed there for 6-7 months and it was the worst place i have ever stayed. their heating system is terrible. when i first moved to my apartment they told me electricity, water etc. are included to rent ,but after that they billed me for electricity (extra). they look too good at first to grab you, don't be fooled. even though my visa ends in the beginning of july they did my contract to and of august. how can it be possible? i never told them this. after that they told me if i leave early i can’t get my deposit. also, i moved out last month and they told me i don’t have to sign anything for to exit my apartment. few days after i moved out, they sent me the next months rent even though i moved out from there. i responded the email and asked what is this bill for and they never responded me. so guys, they are nothing but money hunters. be careful.

I had doubts about Apartamenty Marsa's worth after my stay. My total experience did not justify the high sum I paid. There were some good things, but I couldn't get over the impression that I had been overcharged. If you're thinking about staying here, be ready for a gap between what you pay for and what you get.

I stayed here for 6 months, the Appartement is very good and comfy, i had no troubles during my stay, the area around also very calm and gym and groceries stores are very close and well connected to the public transport, in terms of deposit they can give you back quickly your deposit (in my case i received it 1 week) and you have to be aware of all the rent protocols there. I recommend this place for couples

They are so discriminatory and the heating system is the worst. Otherwise, you will be freezing .They are looking for the ways to charge you more. Just try to stay in hostel till you find a place to stay but DO NOT EVEN TRY TO LIVE IN MARS APARTMENTS!!!
