NIE POPEŁNIJCIE TEGO BŁĘDU. Zamówienie złożyłem o 15.30. O 16.30 Pani oświadczyła ze jedzenie jest już gotowe i czeka już na dostawce. Finalnie jedzenie dotarło do mnie o godzinie 18.00. Zamówiłem 3 pozycje, ogórkowa, brokułowa oraz schabowego. Ogórkowa - woda z solą na mrożonej włoszczyźnie Brokułowa - woda oddzieliła się od brokuła, smaku brak, sama sól Schabowy - odsmażony schabowy, ziemniaki to nie jest puree, tylko ziemniaki tłuczone z masłem. Ogórki to jest chyba jednak największa porażka, bo są nieświeże. Mięso w zupie to jakieś flaki z żyłami, schabowy jest przypalony, zupy są rozlane i torba przemoknięta. To jest jakaś porażka, jak coś takiego można podawać ludziom? Jakim cudem ta restauracja ma 4.4/5 w opiniach klientów na Uber Eats? Tym samym widzę ze inni klienci mieli ten sam problem, ponieważ Google wskazuje na 2.8/5 i cały czas spada. Wspomnę na koniec ze nie odpuściłem sytuacji i zgłosiłem sprawę do obsługi klienta, po czym dostałem zwrot kosztów jedzenia.

I followed your driver during these three hours as he drove around half of Warsaw and delivered other orders, and my delivery time only increased. But okay, I would understand if the restaurant also monitored it and made sure that my order arrived warm enough!!!! But not half an hour ago I received information that the driver had picked up my order. So the restaurant was crazy, put the order on land and then, loser, next one. I can't comment on the taste, although it looks good, because I have to heat it up first. And I simply don't have the strength for it... I think I was crazy because I trusted the opinion from Uber eats and didn't check you on Google first. I honestly don't recommend it, no respect for the customer. Where can I file a complaint for wasted three hours waiting for food and for the loss of PLN 60? But let's respect each other.

The food is terrible, puree? It's more like potatoes with cooking water, did you forget to pour off the cooking water? , the broth is a stock cube, tasteless, without spices, the pasta is overcooked and falling apart. For PLN 18, I can buy stock cubes myself, and not just one package, never buy Ukrainian borscht - ever! Vegetables blue, as if they had been cooking on them all week. Disgusting

I've never seen anything more hideous in my life. Minced meat has the color of old and raw meat. He doesn't even risk trying. The broth is so salty and sticks to the bone that you can't eat it. The food is completely cold. Old potatoes. Everything is throw away. I've never seen anything more hideous. Have the restaurant pick up the order and ask for a refund. This is inedible. And the cucumber is a hit - an old rotten cucumber cut into such thick cubes that you want to return it just by looking at it.

Terrible... The food arrived completely cold, but even warming it up didn't help. Everything went into the trash bin. Tasteless broth. You could feel that it was made with frozen vegetables, with the addition of at most some chicken scraps, the cartilage of which was floating in the plate. Shocker. The pork chop was burnt and smelled of fat, which was obviously not only the pork chop fried. The mashed potatoes neither looked nor tasted like mashed potatoes. It was a sour (for some reason) mass of mashed potatoes. The salad looked as if it had been made at least 2 days earlier. I didn't even dare to put it in my mouth...

If you want order food for take away, better don’t do it, because you will wait for 2hours.

Order from Uber eats (2 for the price of 1) First course - burnt cutlet, as many potatoes as for a preschooler and the same amount of salad. 2nd course 😂 2 pieces of meat, as much salad as you can see. They did not skimp on rice. Basically bottom, silt and seaweed! In defense, even though the jotlen is burnt, it's very tasty and the potatoes are a dream 🫠

We ordered cream soup with mushrooms, it looked ugly and didn't look appetizing at all, we didn't even dare to try it. It looked like they cooked mushrooms and beat it all with a blender, without salt and other spices... Chop with potatoes and a pancake looked more or less good. The chop tasted like it was fried in oil that had not been changed for several days. The cabbage was very sour, as if it was not fresh, and the mash... it's not mash, it's just mashed potatoes with water without salt, butter and everything else. In general - a tragedy. We also ordered cutlery, for which we paid an additional 6 zlotys, but they were not even put to us. The courier drove for a long time, the delivery time changed every few minutes. I don't know about the service directly at the facility, but I do not recommend this place. I hope that we will get a refund
