Unfortunately, I couldn't wait to see Dr. Julia. After 45 minutes of waiting (delay), I had to cancel the visit due to other commitments. When I left, there were two more patients in front of me, one in the office and the other with anesthesia on her face, waiting for her procedure. From a conversation with another patient, it turned out that such delays are the norm at Stay Healthy, so maybe it would be worth considering it and introducing some changes in the organization of the clinic's work. In short, if you respect your time and like to be taken seriously, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I visited a dermatologist with my son as part of the LuxMed service. Very nice service. The visit was slightly delayed by 15 minutes. The doctor quickly examined my son and issued a prescription ☺️

Dr. Julia Lanckorońska is the most wonderful creature after the sun. Not only did she relieve my gray and tired skin of terrible discolorations, gave it radiance and firmness, but after each visit and conversation with her I feel like I had just met a therapist. She is very professional, warm and relaxed. It does not create distance, so I feel very comfortable during the visit. For me it's very important. I am very glad that Dr. Julia came my way.

I do not recommend. Starting with delays in visits (even hours long...), ending with the effect of the procedure, or rather the complications I experienced after it. The procedure, which was supposed to improve the appearance, had the opposite effect. I lost my mental health because of this... I suggest you think about it and think about how you might feel after such an experience... Edit: I don't really understand, because I described my experiences in direct telephone contact with the doctor (I did not receive a reply). Besides, I think you saw how I "endured" it all. So what is the purpose of such a response? Edit: I only expected such a copy-paste answer. As you can see, you can't count on anything more after 2 years of regular visits. I will not exchange messages with you anymore. You have a "head problem".

Encouraged by the recommendations of Dr. Lanckorońska's friends, I took advantage of the first aesthetic medicine treatments. I regret that I didn't trust my intuition and gave up after the "consultation". A consultation with a Dr. is a 5-minute conversation. I wasn't even invited to the chair where my skin condition could be assessed under appropriate lighting. The doctor did not remove the make-up - she only came closer to assess and give an opinion about the dry and tired skin. It is standard that each visit was preceded by at least half an hour of waiting for the Doctor. Each time I felt as if I wasn't scheduled for a specific time. Last time, during an aesthetic med treatment, a service was to be performed as part of the Lux Med package. Even though it was included in the schedule, the doctor didn't even mention the second stage of the visit (after a 40-minute wait, I wouldn't have had enough time for it anyway). The last and probably the most important issue - while comparing the feelings of my friends who used similar services in other places, I learned that the administration of botulinum toxin is preceded by a thorough interview and the standard thing is to fill out an appropriate questionnaire in advance. Before any of the treatments I had performed, I was not presented with any side effects or possible complications. Asking open questions, the doctor replied: chill, it's just Botox. There are plenty of places in the capital where, for the same amount of money, aesthetic medical treatments will be performed with respect for time and in accordance with art. Edit: Thank you for the "copy paste" answer. As part of the lux med visit, I was supposed to have a service performed that had no connection with aesthetic medicine. I emphasized that the Doctor, after performing a fully paid procedure in the field of medical est. she didn't even bother with the second stage of the visit, i.e. the service as part of the lux med subscription, for which I also had an appointment. Perhaps you inform patients before administering botulinum toxin about possible contraindications, etc., perhaps patients fill out questionnaires - I did not receive such information or fill out any forms. Delays did not happen sometimes, only during each single visit, and there were about 5 of them. I have no questions or doubts - they were dispelled during the last visit. I simply evaluate the facility honestly and with interest in the customer.

Very pleasant and friendly service HOWEVER - the first time I went there I waited 1 hour (!) for my appointment, second time - another half an hour. I don't think it's worth it. You can get the same service somewhere else where they actually value your time. So, I don't recommend and don't intend to go back there again.

I paid for a therapeutic pedicure, which was performed dry, without soaking my feet beforehand. Tragedy The lady doing the work has no idea what the money spent is doing. It ended in another office, where my problem of ingrown toenails was solved. A better pedicure can be done for half the price at the market.

Some time ago I had an abdominal ultrasound performed. The service was provided by Medicover, but it turned out that the referral was incorrect. The very nice manager called Medicover and I was able to make an appointment within a few minutes. Thank you very much for your help and professional approach to the customer ☺️ I recommend this place with all my heart, the staff is very nice and professional ☺️

I definitely advise against it. Very low level of service, both in terms of professionalism and customer service. I went to the clinic to remove facial hair that was growing on a mole that was once removed and invisible to the naked eye and to a layman. I was offered laser treatment, assured that it would help. Unfortunately, after a week the hair grew back. I filed a complaint, the clinic promised to offer me a consultation date and remained silent. After 2 months of waiting, I called again and was connected to the manager who made an appointment for me. On site, it turned out that the visit was with a different doctor than the one who performed the procedure, and to file a complaint I had to go to the same doctor, as the manager informed me. So another visit was necessary. The doctor who performed the procedure turned out to be arrogant, attacking me for reporting too late and - of course - did not notice the mole she had "removed", which had been noticed in the meantime by two dermatologists during the examination. The manager discouraged me from filing a complaint, and the doctor was unable to admit that the procedure had failed (even though even her colleague from the clinic informed me that such moles, removed by laser, often grow back). Instead of the 7 days announced by the manager, the complaint took over 2 weeks to be considered. The complaint was, of course, rejected. I will add that, according to professional dermatologists I consulted, such moles cannot be removed with a laser because, firstly, they grow back, and secondly, they need to be examined after removal, which is impossible to remove using a laser. In a word - the only thing that came from contact with this clinic were a few wasted hours, a few wasted hundreds and a lot of negative emotions.

I highly recommend it, I am a patient of Dr. Julia - from the first visit I felt taken care of and thoroughly examined. Thanks to Doctor Julia, I completely cured acne, which I had been struggling with for several years. I also use the services of Mrs. Paulina, a cosmetologist, and with a clear conscience I recommend making an appointment with Paulina, she will perform each treatment with a thorough skin analysis, patience and precision. The staff is extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

I do not recommend. 5 minutes of visit, money spent to hear - You have rosacea... when I presented my previous treatment to you, the only thing she was able to add was - maybe you had been using it for too short a time. Failure! No alternative and no leaning over the patient. She was in a hurry and received me without a uniform, only in civilian clothes, but the money was OK. Drama.

A wonderful place for everyone who is looking for a dermatologist who also specializes in aesthetic medicine. Dr. Julia is extremely professional, understanding, patient and helpful. I have never received such help with my acne anywhere before, and we finally managed to get rid of acne scars as well. During previous visits to other doctors, I always heard "there's nothing you can do about it." And Dr. Julia developed an action plan and after a year I can say - there are no traces of acne or scars on my face! Each visit took place in an extremely nice and friendly atmosphere, I didn't have to stress, the Dr. always pays attention to a comprehensive and holistic approach to the problem. I learned how important proper diet and care are during treatment! Scar treatments - although not pleasant - were painless in the doctor's hands and everything healed wonderfully. Sometimes, during the laser treatment, more time passed than planned and a delay occurred. However, I do not understand the opinions of patients who write negatively about the Doctor due to the delay. There is no other doctor with such a warm and charitable approach! And the delays result from the fact that he simply approaches the patient very individually and focuses on each problem. I recommend it absolutely and with a pure heart!

I came to Dr. Julia on a recommendation. I was afraid that nothing could be done with my face after a failed treatment in another aesthetic medicine office with another dermatologist. How wrong I was. Dr. Julia took care of me professionally. It took some time, because it is difficult to restore the condition of the face before the procedure, and it is not known what the final effect will be. Dr. Julia managed to do this. I am delighted. She is a doctor who meets women's expectations. A professional in every respect. Moreover, she is extremely empathetic, friendly, and has wonderful energy. When performing treatments, he adheres to the principle of less is more. This was also the case with me, for which I am grateful to Dr. Julia.
