I recommend using the services of the Psychocare clinic. My husband and I attended couples therapy. The first meeting, free of charge :) allowed us to present the exact problem we are struggling with in order to work out together a convenient type of therapy for us and its frequency. We were met with a lot of understanding, empathy and, above all, focusing on us and our needs. We had previously tried several other locations, but only here we managed to work out a solution together that allowed us to survive and continue on our common path. Sometimes it's worth opening up, listening and looking at yourself from a different perspective, and in cooperation with the best therapist we managed to do it :) I recommend it

There was no one at the reception to confirm the visit or accept payment. The therapist also did not leave the office to check whether the patient had arrived at all. - The appointment was booked a week earlier, these are not distant dates like those mentioned in your answer, nor is it a close date that could have been missed in the schedule - After the intervention conversation with the office, the therapist called back and suggested an appointment in half an hour. Combining this with the lack of interest in whether the patient came, as I mentioned in the point above, I doubt that the therapist was available in the office. Considering the dismissive tone of your response and the attempt to portray me as a demanding and irresponsible person, I will not take you up on your offer. It is also difficult for me to recommend your services to anyone.
