Wyniki badań lab., jeszcze tego samego dnia, pojawiły się na Portalu Pacjenta, który swoją drogą działa świetnie. Usg wykonane bardzo profesjonalnie, lekarz zanim wykonał badanie przeprowadził dokładny wywiad, w jakim celu zgłosiłam się na usg (jest to raczej rzadkością). Dobra obsługa pacjenta przez panie recepcjonistki oraz personel pielęgniarski. Placówka przestronna, czysta i panuje w niej prokliencka atmosfera.

    From receptionist to final doctor, all of them are quite nice and kind. Most of them could speak English. I took occupational medical check from here. During the weekend morning, there was crowded a bit.

    I had an appointment to the doctor in this clinic. On the reception when I told to the receptionist that I do not speak Polish language the lady started complaining why I don't speak Polish language if I live in Poland, she told me that I must speak Polish. This is so unprofessional in 21 st century and especially in privat clinic. First- Noone can tell anyone which language to speak. I work in Poland and I do pay all the taxes. After that she asked if I am Ukrainian, but I am not. Dear Polmed management, what kind of attitude is that? This is a pure racism.

The facility manager does not have time to go out to the client, despite repeated requests. Reception is speaking inadequately, and I haven't heard any excuses from anyone. Personally, I will never go back there and I will not recommend this facility to anyone, on the contrary, I will warn you against wasting time and money on using medical services in this incompetent place.     The visit to the otolaryngologist was delayed by over an hour. Why wasn't anyone kind enough to call/send a text message with information about the delay? The ladies at the reception knew about the delay and informed me about it when I arrived at the facility. They could have warned about it without any problem. I will never come back here again.

    The receptionist “Weronika” was very helpful and spoke to me in English during my visit. Although the doctors were not there to take me in and the excuse was that the doctor left already, I wouldn’t blame the receptionist for that. As far as I’m concerned, doctors shouldn’t leave before seeing their patient and keep a window of 15 mins of waiting time.

    Unfortunately there is no 0 star. How you you employ people without checking their ability to actually provide good medical services. This dr Malgorzata Fogiel is the worst I have ever experienced, she probably lied she speaks English and doesn’t. She does not speak to you like a patient that paid for service or someone in pain or worry. She talks like we come there for free. She does not communicate the issue or her discovery. You have to probe her to Speak and even then she doesn’t talk. She doesn’t understand English or speak it, or maybe she is just racist!!! It’s is disgusting behavior, anyway. I hope you will reevaluate this lady and have her not have her patients feel worse than they came into the clinic. You know even a friend of mine that was referred to her said she barely said 5 words of English to them and did not even try to understand!     I do not recommend. 70's'. The girls at the reception only make sure not to spoil the tips. The nurses couldn't record the blood pressure for 15 minutes because they were gossiping. I've already had tests for the contract and always a maximum of 15 minutes, I spent an hour there. And what's more, they wrote out the invoice incorrectly.     I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! I had an appointment for a driver's test, and everything looked good until the glucose test. Before the visit, I was informed that I could eat for the last time 4 hours before the visit, so I did, and it turned out that I had to fast at 3 p.m. The test came back incorrect, so I had to repeat the test the next day, of course for an additional fee of PLN 40. The medical card was left at the clinic and then lost, and I was sent to different offices to find my patient card. The card was found during registration and I asked for the card three times. After I returned to the occupational medicine doctor again, the gentleman noticed that the certificate had disappeared from the card and I had to go back to office 27. The lady, rolling her eyes and complaining, said that she had written the certificate for me yesterday. I spent 3 hours at the clinic waiting in queues and running around offices. It's a waste of nerves, time and money. I can only single out the ophthalmologist, she was very nice. The rest is drama!
