I don't know about other doctors, but the ophthalmologist is weak. She didn't conduct an interview. I immediately received the drops, and after half an hour of waiting, I only found out that I had a major vision defect - which I had known for a very long time. I wanted a prescription and I didn't get it because I had drops put in. But why, since I said at the beginning that I needed new glasses... I don't recommend it, especially since the doctor is not very polite. Apparently he's leaving, so maybe that's good news.

Prychodnia as in the times of the Polish People's Republic. Rude and incompetent lady at registration. He has trouble using a computer. The ophthalmologist administers atropine to anyone who needs glasses without even asking if he has arrived by car and then declares that he cannot test his eyesight after using the drops and that he needs to make an appointment for another visit. This is a blatant extortion of money from the National Health Fund. After all, you can first check your visual acuity, and then put in drops and examine your eyes, which would be a lot. I advise against it! !!

The ophthalmologist at the entrance was very unpleasant and downright rude. Even though I have a certificate exempting me from wearing a mask for health reasons, she said that I was not interested in it and forced me to wear it, which caused me discomfort and the onset of unpleasant symptoms. She answered my questions with, and I quote, "you should probably go to a fortune teller." I didn't get an answer to the others at all. If other doctors in this clinic represent the same level of empathy and commitment, I will definitely not go back there.

The visit to the ophthalmologist was supposed to be on September 14, 21. Telephone call - the visit was canceled - 3 days before the planned date. I'm still waiting (mid-October) for someone to call me back and set a new date. Actually, I want them to give me back the code and I will find another doctor in another facility. This clinic is not good for my nerves.

Today's visit was registered/arranged for 9:30 a.m. and was not served until 11 a.m. What is the purpose of this registration? It shows the "professional" level of patient service in this clinic. I recommend avoiding this facility if possible and choosing a more competent one. Lack of any specific information from the doctor or the reception regarding the appointment, treating the patient like an enemy. Bravo for this level! I have no words left for this...

For my part, a successful visit to the neurologist and then a blood test. Courteous service and good deadlines.

I do not recommend this clinic when it comes to ophthalmology, wasted two months waiting for a referral (where it was clearly written what diagnosis). In the office it turned out that they did not deal with it. So why was I even admitted if this is not your area of expertise?! P.S. If someone actually wants to sign up there, I advise you to take a day off because theoretically, patients are admitted first come, first served :)

Unfortunately, I came to complete the tests at 8:30 and from that time I waited over 1.5 hours for the examining doctor who arrived only at 10... Joke

No one here respects the time of the scheduled visit, and the waiting time can be extended by 4 hours. Normal visits to an occupational medicine doctor take months.

I was very dissatisfied when I came to this place! The receptionist was talking on the phone, I waited about 10 minutes and then I left the place!

I would give a zero if there was such a scale. The ophthalmologist incorrectly assessed the vision defect. Bought glasses can be thrown away, money thrown away. You had to go to another doctor and get new ones done. The visit was postponed, then instead of the examination I had eye drops in my eyes and only on the second visit I had a proper examination. Two months wasted. Better to go privately. Give a wide berth.

Not only is the wait a long time, but we also try to call for 2 days and nothing.

🫤 Significant deterioration in taste and food quality comparing to the pre-pandemic times. Ordered 2 classic breakfast - Nero burger and Benedict eggs. None of them was good enough to pay any money (orzo asks 25 zl for each). Tasteless, bad cooked dishes. Believe me guys I’m not exaggerating at all. T...
