We played three really great rooms here. Unfortunately, the on-site support is really below average. We were shown a few castles rather listlessly and then we started. We have now played around 100 rooms and experienced a number of providers. We had the best experiences when we met the operators ourselves. You really notice how much love and sweat goes into the individual rooms. Unfortunately there was no sign of this in Warsaw. The staff was nice, but seemed stressed and not very interested. We felt like just one of many who played a room that day. We were finished and should then please leave as quickly as possible. It's a shame because a lot of the fun falls by the wayside. We also tried the second location in Bydgoszcz. We were warmly welcomed here and had a perfectly rounded time. I understand that there is more public traffic in Warsaw and therefore there is less time for small talk. Nevertheless, you shouldn't save money here. About the rooms: we played Metro in Bydgoszcz, and in Warsaw the Pyramid Room, The Legend of the Sword and Nautilus. “In the Shadow of the Pyramids” and “Operation Metro” convinced me the most. It would be nice if the entire audio accompaniment was in English for both. Unfortunately, this is how the mood is lost. Anyone who doesn't value support is welcome to come. Otherwise all rooms are also available in Bydgoszcz. Here Jaczek knows how to live customer orientation.

Nautilus- great game with very good atmosphere. Some brilliant things we have never seen and lots to do to win. Family friendly and a lot of fun... tricky, so get your A game on. Shadow of the Pyramids - absolutely phenomenal. This is an incredible game. Lots of exciting elements to this game. Tricky and requires good cooperations family friendly but spooky in places! Highly recommend this incredibly well made game. Legend of the Sword - very clever. Trust yourself and follow the clues. Fun games in an immersive set. Family friendly. Cell No. 4 - original take on a classics prison break genre. Very good use of space. A lot to do and very fun.

We did 'The pyramids' and it was one of the best rooms I've visited. The interior was well thought through, dimmed lights really helping you get into the atmosphere. We were two and managed to get out with a few hints from our Game Master, who was only helping when absolutely necessary, ensuring we could stay immersed in the game for as long as possible. Type of tasks: 50% kinaesthetic*, 50% finding connections. If you like mathematical and logical clues, it may not be the right one for you. * kinaesthetic - when you find objects and put them in a specific place Top tip: There's a private parking available for the customers, but you need to call the security guard to lift the barrier.

Not the last time here, loved the rooms, quizes. Highly recommend

So far the best escape room in Warsaw. I've done 3 out of 4 rooms and had a lot of fun in all. No issues of any kind.

Good games. We played the Pyramids and the Sword back to back and they were all good, logical and with proper amount of decor and puzzles. We didn’t escaped the Pyramids on time but they let us play it till the end.

Great escape room. The quality of the rooms is really surprising - they are well made and maintained. The puzzles are clever and can make your mind think for a while.

Enjoyed a lot. Nice entertainment. Friendly staff. Must visit place for people who love to solve mysteries.

Went to Nautilus room. Good puzzles but it is recommended for more than two people (we were two and needed at least 15 minutes more to finish it, most of the puzzles can be solved individually). A box that we supposed to open was already open, so they gave us a 20pln discount for that.

Great place for escape rooms! Very creative room design and unexpected puzzle ideas. You can expect some coop which is great thing in such games. Communication with your GameMaster is created in such way that it just feels like a part of the game, they always know when you are stuck and need help.

Friendly staff, super interesting escape rooms, they offer some rooms in English which is handy for me being the only brit in the group. The pyramid room was so well made, will definitely be back.

Escape rooms are well designed and guarantee great experience however it is a bit pricey plus the onsite parking is not included in the ticket which is a huge minus.

Rooms with a wonderful atmosphere, I highly recommend!
