I
came
to
the
first
training
with
my
soul
on
my
sleeve
-
after
10
years
of
complete
lack
of
physical
activity,
even
climbing
to
the
first
floor
was
tiring
for
me:
shortness
of
breath
and
stuff
like
that.
Now
a
year
and
a
half
has
passed.
I
lost
12
kg
without
torturing
myself
with
any
hard
diets.
I'm
rushing
to
the
4th
floor.
And
so
on.
Great
thanks
to
all
the
coaches
who
first
patiently
motivated
me
when,
after
10
minutes
of
warm-up,
I
was
so
tired
that
I
had
no
strength
for
the
rest
of
the
training,
and
now
they
motivate
me
regarding
the
quality
of
exercises
and
loads.
Because
the
groups
are
small,
trainers
have
time
and
opportunity
to
look
at
each
exerciser
and
correct
any
defects
in
performing
the
exercises
and
motivate
them
to
greater
effort.
If
there
are
seasoned
CrossFitters
reading
this
post
and
they
are
concerned
that
the
training
sessions
are
primarily
for
middle-aged,
not
very
athletic
people,
I
can
reassure
them.
The
groups
have
a
mix
of
tough
guys,
average
guys
and
beginners.
By
scaling
the
weight,
number
of
repetitions
or
difficulty
of
performing
an
exercise,
everyone
can
reach
and
exceed
their
own
limit.
Trainers,
on
the
other
hand,
can
support
and
advise
everyone,
regardless
of
his/her
level
of
training
and
skills.
