Great
location
and
infrastructure.
We
had
a
bad
experience
with
their
food
and
service.
The
swimming
pool
is
great,
clean,
a
lot
of
space.
The
same
goes
for
the
territory:
well
arranged
and
clean.
There
were
2
aspects
that
bothered:
1.
Reception
-
nobody
greeted
us
or
explained
how
things
work
there.
It
was
our
first
experience
with
them.
A
guidance
would
be
much
appreciated.
We
entered
the
territory
and
had
no
clue
where
to
go,
tried
to
find
someone
to
ask
for
directions,
at
some
point
were
told
to
approach
the
bar
and
pay
for
the
service
there.
At
the
bar
where
3
young
men,
nobody
bothered
to
greet
us
and
to
ask
how
they
could
help
us.
That
made
us
feel
unwelcome.
2.
The
restaurant
-
wrong
order,
not
fresh
meet.
We
ordered
pork
ribs
and
a
steak.
Instead
of
ribs
we
were
served
with
a
piece
of
meat,
no
ribs
there.
And,
the
steak
was
not
fresh
(it
smelled
and
tasted
weird
next
to
its
bone).
