This place is a gem in Chisinau. On busy weekend evenings you would rather have to book it upfront. A great experience starts with friendly and experienced staff – it's a top top European level. The menu is pretty interesting, with some traditional local cuisine. We went for some dishes from the card, and some from the season menu. Both fish soup and zeama were brilliant, garnished well, and served in an interesting way. Main courses – veil tongue and mititei – were just mind-blowing. Easy way to fall in love with local food. They have a great selection of wines, we really enjoyed our bottle of Rose. Worth pointing out that our glasses were filled again right before they were about to be empty – great service. This is the best experience we had in Chisinau in every way possible. Whenever we get back to this City, this would be the first place to visit. Thanks a lot for a great time!

Awful food, slow service. We were only in Moldova for one night and this dinner was disappointing. We only came here because the local restaurant La Placinte closed early. The meal was expensive, same prices as Western Europe. Service was extremely slow and the whole meal took over 2 hours. The food itself was not tasty. Not sure how authentic it was either. Only the wine was good.

Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re visiting Chisinau. Their contemporary take on traditional food offers a modern approach to the local culinary scene, without compromising on flavours. Equinox is the closest option you’ll find for natural wine, go for the 5 Elements.

I'm a big fan of aesthetics, which is why I loved every choice this place has made in terms of decor and I reckon it might influence my opinion about the restaurant more than the food itself. I wish I could give 5 stars but despite the experimental and nicely served dishes, I still believe they were a bit overpriced. I can't say the trout was worth the pricepoint because for me personally it was too salty and the portion a bit too small, though I guess it is about individual preferences. The staff was still great so the experience overall was lovely. (I will say though, if you don't eat neither fish or meat, you won't have much to eat in case you were thinking of going here)

By far the best "gourmet" restaurant in Chisinau. The service is great, the wait staff is very attentive and polite. If you aren't sure about your options ask them, the recommendations are always on point and they have a lovely wine selection. They will recommend wine for you based on the items you've selected, trust them. Every dish I have tried was YUM! Especially the bean dish, the stuffed red peppers and black dumplings and of course their house-made pâté.

I don't know if it's fine dining restaurant but the food is sooooo tasty. And the "design" in your plate is 10*. Highly recommend to eat here.

Amazing place. Very cosy, yet elegant interior, friendly and very professional service. The cuisine is local, however in a modern and creative interpretation. Everything is simply fantastic, from appetizers to dessert.

I had a wonderful lunch here. The dishes were beautifully presented, the decor was pleasing, and the service was exquisite. I ordered set menu 2. I particularly enjoyed the duck breast, eggplant, and carrots. It was an interesting modern play on Moldovan cuisine. However, I found that some of the food was bland.

This is my favorite restaurant in Chișinău. Food is on point and service is ideal! I really like the mix of traditional and high cuisine dishes, in a fine dining setting. Amazing local wine card and top service! I always come back to Fuior and I'd highly recommend it!

Love the design, love the modern Moldovan cuisine concept. This is a unique place in Chisinau. Just be ready that the food might be bland. Would take a foreign friend here for the experience, but am not craving anything off their menu to make me return, if you know what I mean…

It's popular place that's why better to book table before visiting. Very loud music especially if people celebrate smth. Food is really delicious, traditional but with modern service. Any waiters don't speak English. Location in the centre, comfortable. I enjoyed meals. Recommend.

Very enjoyable meal of lamb rack. Small portions but delicious. A complete and delicious meal from bread through main meal. A word of caution. They expect a full bottle of wine to be ordered. Only one choice for single glass 200ml wine

The restaurant is right in the central area of the city. Their idea is to start from fresh and high quality ingredients and then propose a sort of innovation on the traditional dish. The staff is very welcoming and warm and the wine offer is quite outstanding. I would also recommend the Moldovan dessert wine.

The most authentic and tasty Moldovan food I have had in chisinau with remarkable service. The staff was amazingly trained and knew to describe everything in the menu to a foreigner. The Pork cheek with Polenta & the traditional dumplings were to die for. Hope to visit again on my next trip.

Spectacular! For sure this is the best way to describe the experience we had here. We enjoyed it as a group of friends looking for some local food experience. Fast booking (over TripAdvisor), on a short notice (30’ before)…everything went smoothly and easy. The table for 11 persons was already prepared when we reached the location. The waiter started a bit “aggressive” by recommending us to let him bring different appetizers and to order only one main course. We were not very thrilled, but accepted. It really was a show of tastes…both for appetizers and main dishes. I’m not going to try to describe…it needs to be discovered. Services are more than professional, food is a real great experience, atmosphere is enjoyable and location fit-out is an experience by itself. All this comes with a price (not cheap at all) but fully justified! Enjoy! :)

I would say that this was one of the best restaurants I have visited. The presentation of the salmon caviar I ordered as an appetizer was interesting, and the main course of pork cheek stew was very tasty. The basil cheesecake, which is only available during the summer, was an interesting experience, too! The service was great and there were several English speaking waiters. I would definitely go back again!

Finally I could taste traditional dishes of Moldova without enormous portions.

I was impressed by the service, food quality and flavor. The personnel is very kind, they provided support and answer all our questions. The wine and champagne selection is very large.

A luxurious restaurant with a very professional staff, the meals were all delicious and the wine cart is extensive and top quality too. I also loved the space and little designer details like the wooden knife we got with the appetiser, plates and such.

Excellent cuisine, I would say it’s fusion, because I couldn’t say what country it may be attributed to. I took pumpkin soup - it was delicious! We also ordered several appetizers. They looked simple, but so tasty!!! Black bread was so delicious as well as other meals. Highly recommend for gourmands 😉Also the service was excellent. Thank you, guys!

The cuisine is pretty fine here. They have decent lamb that I recommend to try. The atmosphere is lively, the place was crowded on the Thursady night. The music was a bit too loud to feel comfortable while speaking at the table. But in rest that was ok.

Exquisite experience! My first try of a traditional Moldovan dessert "Baba Neagra" and I am glad I chose Fuior Gourmet for that! Thank you!
