Dupa prima vizitā, mi-am facut o programare pentru alta zi… am fost prezenta la ora indicata, însa am fost nevoita sa astept o ora ...dupa care exact la ora care eu eram înscrisa mai erau doua doamne.E clar de ce sa întirziat asa ( mi s-a parut foarte straniu cum sa fie la el 3 pacienti la aceeasi ora). Într-un final am ajuns la el.. Mi s-a injectat o anestezie, am stat 20-25 min cu ea..si în 5 min mi sa pus o plombita...la fel mi s-a paru extrem de ciudat..mi-a facut urmatoarea programare la alta clinica, (la fel este clinica domnului,doar ca în alta locatie). Din motiv ca aveam o problema mai mare la un dinte si trebuia sa lucreze în canalul dintelui...DECI, EU Domnului I-AM SPECIFICAT CA VREAU TOT TRATAMENTUL SA ÎL FACA DUMNEALUI. El ma înscris la alt medic din clinica, dar mi-a zis ca va fi si el desigur, m-am dus în ziua aia dupa cum am fost programata. Domnul Alexandru nici nu s-a apropiat, medical la care am fost înscrisa a început sa lucreze la dinte. Deja stateam mai mult de o ora si jumatate, obosisem, nu întelegeam "ce se întimpla"!? Deoarece, intrau si tot iesiau mai multi medici care ma analizau de nenumarate ori. Am fost dusa la radiografie, deja si ma ranise ...întru-un final Domnul doctor îmi spune în felul urmātor: -Ne pare rau, dar sa întimplat ca sa rupt acul la dumneavoastra în canal, si programam pentru data viitoare la alt medic, “sa încercam sa îl extragem”! Eu desigur foarte uimita si SOCATA, întreb… -Cum adica sa încercati? El trebuie extras, pentru a nu-mi creea probleme! la care medicul îmi raspunde: - Nu va faceti griji ca cel putin pe vre-o 5 ani înnainte nu o sa aveti probleme! Am fost pur uimita de raspunsul medicului… Mai apoi intra sotul, si întreaba : -Noi vrem sa stim totusi e grava situatia sau nu?! Desigur medicul a promis ca totul va fi bine, si ca la sigur o sa îl extraga (mie alt fel mi s-a spus)... În fine, venim deja a doua oara pentru a extrage acul. La fel sa lucrat în jur de 2 ore, într-un final mi s-a spus ca din nou nu sa putut extrage m-au ranit de nu m-ai puteam suferi! Eu vazânt ce se petrece, ma-m programat la alta clinica sa aflu totusi daca e grava situatia sau nu. Deoarece acesti Medici nu îmi mai spuneau la sigur adevarul… Si din motiv ca Ei au încercat sa îl extraga, mi-au agravat situatia si mai tare, deoarece au împins mai tare acul în calnalul dintelui .. Intr-un final mi-am rezolvat problema în alta clinica…Domnul Alexandru nici nu sa interesat macar de ce eu nu mai vin la clinica sa (Preturile sunt destul de costisitoare) - Într-un final..revin cu acest mesaj nu ca sa îi patez numele domnului si clinicii..Cu mare regret o spun si îmi pare nespus de rau pentru ca cândva acest domn si echipa sa era demn de lāudat! Am pierdut multi bani si mult timp in zadar. Medicul care m-a ajutat si mi-a reparat dintele era uimit de calitatea proasta a plombelor si prelucrarea lor. -Vreau doar sa aduc la cunostintza pentru ca asa situatii precum a mea apar tot mai des la aceasta clinica! Pentru toti cei care revin acasa din alte tari si aveti putin timp la dispozitie, aveti mare grija cum si unde va programati!
