Quad Cities Ketamine welcomed me, went above and beyond to obtain my medical records, and spent time chatting with me about my illness, recovery, and expectations. The staff at the clinic immediately felt inviting and friendly. The atmosphere was one of relaxed friendliness. The clinic itself was immaculate, cozy and also inviting. Dr. Nicole is knowledgeable and understanding. Because I had nobody to help me after, one of the nurses drove me to my hotel and walked me to my room. I have only positive words and vibes for this clinic. 12

Quad Cities Ketamine Clinic is a wonderful place to go for Ketamine Infusion Therapy and their other services for health benefits. It is warm and inviting, and the staff are friendly and attentive. They take the time to explain what different packages they provide for Ketamine treatments and other vitamin therapy. They provide Ketamine treatment for mental health benefits and for chronic pain treatment. They are great at getting IV's established especially when I have veins that don't always cooperate. They make sure you are comfortable during your treatments and the nurse always walked me back to the hotel across the street from their clinic. I stayed at My Place hotel and they give you a discount for when you have treatments at the clinic. I had 5 consecutive days of Ketamine treatments for chronic pain and I was very impressed with my experience. I will definitely return there for booster appointments later down the road if needed for pain or for anxiety. My partner and myself are new patients after a previous clinic I went to lost their provider with no plan to replace him. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was clean and calming. We were greeted by an amazing woman at the front desk who explained the “packages” and what it meant for our treatment. He was brought into a clean and calming treatment room and says he believes this is the best treatment he has had. I cannot wait to go for myself. Today was my first infusion experience and everything was beyond my expectations and so seamless! Every treatment is made after a careful consultation based on your needs, while you wait. Clean, comfortable and professional setting. The staff is absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable, will definitely recommend and return!

The doctor was very nice and informative and they worked with my schedule so I could get in more than they had to. I appreciated that very much. However, the ketamine treatment is very expensive and there's no way someone with a normal income could ever drop that much money on it, which was very disappointing because the treatment was something that could actually help me and help make my life so much better. Figures, right?

I really appreciate how willing everyone was to work us in last minute before a trip out of the country. Every single person we talked to was super nice. We really felt comfortable and had a very positive experience. I will definitely be back.
