The location is not ideal but if you have not a better choice it is still ok with subway at 10min by foot. Breakfast is not good, rooms are ok. Worst part was about our arrival with a lady at the desk clearly not competent, doing many mistakes, with a bad attitude (it is not a problem to make mistakes but it is a problem to behave like it is our fault, or saying opposite things in a minute)

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Pet friendly. Decent location if you don't mind a 10m walk and 30min metro ride to the core. I just wish they had a fridge and a microwave in the rooms. Also I found the food to be a bit overpriced considering the options across the park. Overall a great stay !

Nice, cosy, clean. Personal is very polite. But don't expect some luxury. Rooms are small, with basic appliances. No fridge, super small tv. Internet in room is ok so far. Overall good place to sleep over and rest between walking tours.

Good hotel and close to public transport. They have their own private parking, which is great. The staff was very friendly and polite.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and met our needs. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of groceries and restaurants options. Near to bus stops and metro to head to the city centre. Highly recommended if you don’t mind travelling a little to reach the city centre!

Ibis hotels are like Toyota in automotive: always same good quality 👌 It's not a fancy or avangard hotel, but the hotel where you find all the stuff you need and everything works. AC works, room cleaned everyday, new towels everyday, etc. They keep the standards! I think this is called "operational excellence" and they mastered it. The rooms are always the same, breakfasts are always the same, but this is the beauty of ibis: no surprises, you can be sure that it's there and works. I love it.

Rooms were clean except for one black hair that we found on top of the white duvet on the bed. Service was perfect. Everybody was very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied and everything I tried was delicious. Thr coffee in particular, was very good compared to other ones I tried in other hotels. I give it 5 stars and highly recommended it. Considering is a 2 star hotel, we couldn't ask for more. We are are very satisfied with our stay.

Reasonably priced with good connections to the city centre (approx. 30min with the subway). The bed was really comfortable. Tasty breakfast. A perfect choice if you don't want to pay for pricier hotels in the centre of Barcelona and don't mind walking and taking the subway a bit.

Nice rooms and very customer friendly employees

Arrived at hotel around 9.30PM to check-in and we were told there was an issue with our booking reference, we had to wait over an hour in reception to get our room. The hotel gave us a drink each and 1 bag of crisp for the inconvenience. The complementary water station in reception was empty. During our wait very little updates were given to us unless we went and asked what was going on and how much longer was the wait. We were given room 625 which smelt very bad - urine/smoke/stale smell, I slept on top of the duvet with a towel and tried to keep the window open as much as possible. After already waiting so long for a room and a day of travelling we couldn't be bothered to ask to move. The hotel was very busy and we assumed there probably wouldn't be another. The room itself was very very basic. No safe, no menus or information cards and no kettle. Only thing they provide is towels and soap, no other mini toiletries. The soap dispenser was empty so I had to ring reception and wait to be able to shower. Breakfast was ok. My partner booked this on the basis of it being 'hot & cold', however the only hot food on there was bread (for toast) and the coffee. We felt this hotel was quite far out from the city and it took a while to get to the sights we wanted to see. Would not recommend this hotel for a quick city break and wouldn't stay here again. Staff were friendly.

Price has changed 2 times but agreed on first one, i can't say friendly stuffs are there. Quite old rooms, not make fells very clean.But good to stay one night in case of emergency

Stayed here for 5 weeks and had a great experience! Super friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet. The rooms are good but no mini fridge, the staff were nice and flexible enough to let us bring one in the room anyway. You can quickly get to the centre with metro line 1, and it's a nice walk to the station as well! Special thanks to Gonzalo and Clizia who were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Such a lovely stay here. This hotel is a bit far from the center but there are two train stations. One of which is Santa Coloma Station and is just 10 mins walking. And then you'll be in the center in less than 20 mins. By car it's less than 30 mins drive. Our room is cozy and was cleaned every day. Staff were really nice. Easy check in process as well. There is parking in the hotel with a fee and a restaurant. There are also a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. Affordable but cozy stay here.

Excellent! Very clean, the service is very good, room in very good conditions, modern, and confy, air conditioning, at the beginning u get the impression you're too far away from the city but once you get the hang of it you realise it isn't, it is very well located. Highly recommended.

I don't understand why this hotel has so high rating. We arrived late at night and had troubles with parking. But the worst thing was the situation with room. Rooms are non-smoking, but smell of smoke is literally everywhere! Furthermore, room was horribly dirty! Dust, hair, ants on the floor! Flies and broken window. Staff was indifferent, unhelpful and unfriendly. We decided to leave as soon as possible and changed the hotel. Maybe this hotel will be fine if you smoke and don't care about the cleanliness. Otherwise stay away of this place.

Stayed here for a week in Oct. staff was great and the coffee (café con leche) at the bar was great. I really had no problems with the hotel. The 1/4 pollo Asada is a good choice if you’re hungry. Would def stay here again.

Good clean rooms. Bathroom was good. Breakfast was typical of Europe. Great staff. Being a Spanish speaker, had no problem communicating, but hotel seems to be friendly to English Speakers. Had no problems. Would recommend.

Stayed in this hotel a few months ago. I try to choose a hotel from Ibis chain always when I am traveling because I am sure in their standards. But here I had one big disadvantage, my room smelled like an ashtray. I am confused because theoretically smoking is forbidden there, however the smell of cigarettes was in the room for all 5 days (even after leaving a window open for the whole night). The same smell was in the corridor. As for other things, it was OK: room is clean, everything works, location is good (between 2 subway stations)

Very clean and neat hotel, the staff are very friendly. They have 24 hour food availability. I stayed there for 5 days and it was wonderful. The area is very calm and secure. I loved the neighborhood, I walked all around. The hotel is close to the metro station that takes you anywhere you want to go. I’m definitely staying in this hotel whenever I come back to Spain 🇪🇸

This hotel is not close by the places you visit in Barcelona, but it has easy access to train stations. I really enjoy my stay, one of the best Ibis I visited. Bigger rooms, bathroom and the staff is amazing. Always cordial and providing you with guidance.

The hotel is smoking free , it has a nice smell everywhere in the hotel. Very clean and staff are very nice and helpful. It is located near Metro and bus station is few steps away. i really recommend the hotel if you dont care about the distance from city center.
