Excellent Vibe and Lovely Taste. Chai point Amritsar is at very accessible place. In the middle of the market around Golden Temple. The staff is very well behaved and well trained. The menu is perfectly balanced with many options. Don't worry about the prices because the quantity, quality and taste will worth the moment you have it. In short, any day better option for breakfast or evening tea ❤️❤️

It's at a perfect location, right next to the partition museum and in front of the lane that goes to Golden Temple. The decor is aesthetic and goes with the place. Amazing tea, a classic Chai point taste.

Very less quantity it served and the rates are pretty high. They have a good atmosphere but food is not worth the price and not even that delicious.

Feedback-Chai was really tasty and served hot with fresh aloo tikki roll . Staff sunpreet & manager rajinder was so generous and serve great customer service.definetly recommend my friends and family for chai point . Suggestion - create direct and easy access to visit chai point .

The staff especially Mr. Karamveer Singh is such a kind man...the way he attended us is impeccable. My so has all praises for him.The food and tea is so yummy especially paneer parantha....it's so different from normal paneer parantha we get in the market. Overall, a great experience

I was tourist from Delhi visited to Chai point amritsar while i was roaming out at townhall in amritsar for some evening snacks . The food was good and the staff who took our order was very polite and kind humble person .Mr Lovepreet singh was the person and his co staff was also good at service . Good experience travelling there.

Mostly had a good experience but got a old and not fresh Veg puffs sent on last online order and tried to call them to make sure this doesn't happen on next order and Noone picks up the call and they just leave you on hold! After all the good experiences, really unexpected and bad experience Edit: also tried to reach out to restaurant and they were not taking calls on purpose , they just pick up and hang up the call or don’t say anything

Ordered a paneer parantha. Tasted nice, no complaints but it must have been pre-cooked & just re-heated, so not freshly made. No yogurt with it, I thought it would be standard to provide with parantha. For the price & easy availability of other local food outlets I was a bit disappointed. The big bench style seats covers are all stained - they need a good wash or replacing. Would I come back? Not sure due to prices & availability of other options locally

Great place with aesthetic decor. Vibes are so pleasant one can sit and enjoy there meals. Walkable 2 min distance from Saragarhi sarai. Prices are bit high but in late night when every restaurant is serving only dinner and you needs a tea to relax from days tiredness, Chai Point is the place to hang on. I had Ajwain and Sauf tea, it was amazing.

Tried iced tea and bobba drink... Iced tea 4/5 Bobba tea 3.5/5 Great Ambience especially open air terrace at evening and night time... Great view of heritage street
