At a distance from Manali Mall road. Right on the main road and thus lacks the hill station charm. Rooms are Ok, comfortable, we had the main road and river view (across the road). Room service is good but they have their own tantrums. Morning tea available only after 7.30 and they have to check everything with kitchen before taking order (even tea). Housekeeping was bad, cleaning unsatisfactory. AC is controlled by reception, you need to call everytime you want it on/off. Restaurant staff is inefficient including their manager. You will see many people complaining everyday. breads are 100%maida irrespective of whatever you order.

Hotel is good , loved the rooms and the special arrangements that they had done for us . Centralised heater is provided and you won’t feel cold even in minus degrees in Manali . Everyday breakfast and dinner had different varieties. Overall the restaurant facility was good . The staff were friendly and helpful .

The hotel rooms were extraordinary as was their service. I really enjoyed my stay there so did my frnds and we also loved the view that was right across the hotel.

The hotel is very nice to visit and services were convincing to stay a lot more days . If I go next time to Manali I will be sure where to stay I will refer to others to have rooms at affordable prices .

Overall very good experience. Rooms was good, staffs are friendly and view was also good. Well maintained.

A very nice hotel with wonderful reception area. Food quality was good. Having table tennis, snooker board and gym facilities. You can have a beas river view from balconies of rooms located in the front side. Enjoyed the stay.

Everything was great but food veg + non - veg really not good. Not at all satisfied with food service.
