Well well, all thanks to this amazing property! For making our fam trip amazing. Very peaceful and secure stay in Amritsar also it’s pet friendly. The caretaker is very supportive and caring . I asked for random decoration for my didi”s anniversary and they did their best to decorate that room . Also very hygienic place . Must try ❤️

Excellent rooms. Rooms without doubt were best and spacious. Rooms were definitely were of level of many high end 3 star hotel. location is a bit faraway from main market but thats not a problem in Amritsar. Service was also excellent. A full fledged flat and they also provide cutlery, induction, kettle in kitchen . Its makes a perfect homestay. Will definitely recommend this for families stay.

Had a very pleasant stay with family and dog in June, 2018. Specially convenient if you are travelling by car.Mr Bir Singh took very professional and good care of us and we felt extremely welcome. We will stay here again when we visit Amritsar again.

Booked this property for my stay in amritsar the rooms are spacious and well maintained just as they look in the pictures the host, care taker and guard all are helpful and were available for us at all the time. The only issue is property is 20 min drive from the main market and the area is bit isolated hard to fine transport if you are visiting in your car or booking a cab then you will surely love experience but if relying on local transportation then travelling will be little inconvenient for you. Rest we fell in love with the property

This was my second stay in this property. The first was in 2018. They have improved the facilities considerably and the rooms appear much more lively and brighter now. The property is located perfectly on the outskirts so that it is extremely peaceful and quiet once you reach there. Something that I always look forward to. The rooms were very spacious with a massive common seating area and a fully stocked kitchen. A water filter provided unlimited supply of filtered water. The bathrooms were extremely clean and had sufficient number of towels. The bedrooms were large and spacious and very clean. A few things that I did not like so much was that all the rooms did not have wardrobes. Also the wardrobes need to have more clothes hanger. A Steam Iron had been provided, but no ironing table/ board. For business travellers this can be an issue. Also given the distance of this property from the city, it is advisable that you have some mode of transport handy. The property had ample parking space within the premise and outside to comfortable park 2 cars and a motorbikes. It was possible to order food deliveries via Zomato.

Good spacious Apartment for a family with large beds. Parking facility if you have a car. Heating facility is provided inside the room with room heaters with A/C fitted for the summer. Basic Kitchen facilities provided. Minutes outside the city which gives you a peaceful atmosphere. Reasonably priced . "Bir" the manager has provided wonderful service and ensured that we saw Amritsar in the true Punjabi sense rather than a tourist. Got a good Punjabi cultural download . He knew where to go , when to go, what to eat , where to shop. Excellent hospitality by him and a true gentleman by nature. Come highly recommended in my list and one of my best trips to Amritsar and thumbs up from my family who are hard core South Indian. The best part is my kids enjoyed and soaked in the best service provided. Thanks and Rab Rakha !!!

The who loves to have a home away home nust stay here. Excellent atmosphere. Nothing to worry well gated colony. Beautiful apartment in between agriculture land. Mr. Bir the manager was too good. He personally took care of all requirements, was best guide to explore Amritsar.

First of all I would like to say thanks to the owner of the property Mr kanwar gill who constructed luxurious silver leaf apartments at a very approachable location. Secondly I must thanks Bir (The manager) who assisted my whole family. Now let me explain my experience.. There is no doubt the apartments are very clean and hygeine. I like the washrooms which are very well maintained. Rooms are spacious than my expectations. My wife like the concept of kitchen as we have a nine month old baby who regularly need hot milk or baby food. It was a great help. Grocery shops, fruits n veggies shop are at walking distance. Overall it was a homely experience. I am looking forward to stay again.
