Experience was good. Operation was great and executed properly, the hospital took care of hygiene and sanitation. All measures were taken and I was satisfied. Staff nurses talk with respect and they are really polite but I think doctors should be a "patient " listener (to put it other way round too). In my view I felt that some doctors should hear what the patient want to convey and then tell what they want to say. Overall good experience.

Good hospital for eye problems. Staff is very polite and helpful.Every thing is systematically managed. Doctors take proper care and time while examining the patient.But if you need everything hassle free you should have 2 things Ist is prior appointment and 2nd is lot of time. One important person to mention here is Dr Rizwana mam one of the most polite and intelligent doctor specialist in Retina problems.

Very long waiting nobody listen, every on is like manager. We have a appointment 9 morning and untill 12 nobody attand my father. I try to tolk with staff nobody can tell when when they will attand everyone just refresh thier tabl but they don't have eny answer. After some time staff also try to ignor. I think that this hospital is best in Amritsar but the service is zero as per my experience I will never recommend this hospital.

I went for the LASIK eye surgery.. and was literally too much worried at first.. but this could not get any better than this.. I must say that the staff is friendly and respectful, the doctor and surgeons are completely professional. No matter how much I would show my appreciation to them it would still be less. THANKS to every single person who helped me out there during my days of visit. You guys do deserve a big appreciation for the all hard work you do and contribute in our betterment. Thanks guys. The nurse staff was well behaved and helpful. The doctors were not. I went through Contoura Vision here and they under-corrected my left eye by 0.5. I went to the doctors more than 6-7 times after surgery but they were ignorant. I even showed them eye checkups which I got from their Optometrist showing that I had 0.5 number in my left eye. I am not satisfied with their service at all. I even received a call from their customers team and I told them the whole story. No reply, nothing. What a joke.

Recently I have visited shakti nagar branch of om parkash hospital. It was very great experience. Manager Harmesh has helped me alot during my visit. He was so co-operative and polite. I'll recommend evryone to come here for eye sight treatments.

The best hospital in India. The way staff treats a patient is overwhelming. Every doctor in the hospital, from Nurse to Junior doctor to Senior surgeon treats you like family. I would suggest everyone spending lacs in other institutes, to come here once and see the difference. It only took 350 rupees in total for the treatment of my nephew . Allah bless the staff and the person who founded such big institute. Overwhelmed

Me and my elderly mother went there today. I am from Melbourne Australia and I can assure you that you won't feel any difference there. Staff is super nice 💯 and they make sure that they are with you all the time. Lifts are there in every floor (no stairs ).Fee is minimal rs350 as compared to other main hospitals in amritsar. I would highly recommend them as they won't push you to have any kind of operation if you don't have to . Regards

Worst experience with lasik department doctors. I underwent contoura surgery in November 2022 and my vision of left eye is blurred after surgery and the doctors knows it very well too that my left eye vision is not corrected well during surgery. I asked them so many times if there is any problem please clarify because I am going to abroad and don't want any kind of eye related problem there, but still they misguide me for 4 months that it will be okay. Then I got opinion from another 3-4 eye hospitals and they told me that there is number for both eyes . SO overall my problems after surgery is enhanced, now again I have to wear specs, irritation and dryness in eyes and can't wear contact lens .

Great service! Staff was helpful and guided through the whole process. I got lasik eye surgery and the results were fabulous. The doctors here are very knowledgeable and listen to your concerns very thoroughly. All my health conditions were taken in regard throughout the process. Went there for cataract surgery of my mother on 06 sept’23 which was performed by Dr. Rohit Omprakash. As always it was an excellent experience. The entire team is so polite. They do everything with utmost care and professionalism. My only concern is the pharmacy at the ground floor. Administration should keep a check if they are giving all the medicines and are not overcharging, as one item (wet wipes) was missing from my bag. And he charged 20 rs more from me. I checked after i reached home. I hope it was a genuine mistake else it’s a disgrace for such a prestigious institute. 10/10 for the surgery part. GREAT EXPERIENCE.
