Lot of corruption,if you give some money to cab driver, you can get comfortable seat otherwise they send last seat. Booking clerk do not provide any seat number.

Really not worth the money. Instead just take the metro to delhi bus stand and the Punjab Roadways which is half the price. They have increased exponentially and the service has really gone down over the years. Don't expect more then a pathetic bag of chips, small juice and water.

Though it carries a big name but services are average and not justify the airline like rates . Competition is fast catching up and doing at half the prices . You need to deliver in real sense. The worst thing is that u are made to wait for private cabs at Jalandhar at wee hours and sometimes it takes one hour to arrange a shuttle cab to drop u to Amritsar taking out all sheen of indo Canadian stable ,even tea isnt offered when u are waiting for a cab at jalandhar . The cab guy wants to take full passenger load before departure and waits for more passengers and then departs and drops u at Amritsar city outskirts before he wheels off . Indo Canadian has an international name but services need definite improvement if it really wants that buses should run full and customers are thoroughly satisfied after paying at par with airlines and triple than railways . We wish them all success but surely they need to wake up from slumber and deliver as per their name .

Buses are good but need pest control timely. Last month I had bad experience, traveling from terminal 3 to Jalandhar through indo Canadian. Bugs made my experience worse.

Customer Service at Delhi Airport is really good with great safety measures however all the buses definitely need pest control. We found cockroaches and bed bugs in and around our seats. The seats were full of dirt with damp and had stinky bus floors. They seem like never cleaned before. On top, the bus representatives upon arrivals ask for money from all passengers individually. It does not look professional and put you in an embarrassing situation. Happy to pay tips to the employees if they reduce the ticket price (which is still not ethical). Their buses surely need a good pest control plus wash.

No doubt the buses are up to mark. Rates are very high. Some staff members are very polite and some are rude. If there is a camera installed in buses the authority must check the behaviour of their staff.

Extremely dissatisfied with this bus service. I booked this bus because I thought that I would be travelling in a volvo bus to Delhi airport from Amritsar. However, I was made to sit in a kind of Roadways bus and it was no less than a nightmare for me. Other passengers too were facing this issue on the way as they were also shocked to be sitting in such a bus. I am a patient and therefore it’s not okay for me travel in such a bus for about 12 hours. Moreover, on complaining, we were asked that our bus will be changed on the way but nothing like that happened. We were left with no other option but to continue our journey because we could not miss our flight. But this is not at all acceptable. I would recommend everyone never to book this bus.

Worst experience. Driver from Amritsar to Jalandhar was rude, unprofessional, rash driving, didn't put the luggage and took it out, poor condition of the bus, he stopped wherever he liked to run his personal errands. I would have given 0 stars but there isn't any way to do so.

Poor service. Sleeper conductor show attitude and ask for additional money for wifi and if u ask them that you will report this to owner they asked they don’t care. No blanket no pillow no wifi on time was given, no time management

No bus service here they will take you to Jalandhar indo canadian bus stop in taxi then you will take bus from there

We have taken bus from T3 depart around 10am and reached around 09 at Jalandhar its worst service from there end, better choose HRTC bus Haryana they will also drop you Amritsar in 07 to 08 hrs RECOMMEND YOU TAKE FLIGHT FOR TRAIN DONT WASTE MONEY IN THESE SO CALLES LUXURY BULLCART

Place is so tight for waiting, everyone in chaos, Washroom is available but in jalandhar office, given picture of office is in jalandhar, amritsar office is like small shop , from amritsar they will drop you by innova car to jalandhar office then you have to transit to the bus

Dont travel with these Idiots, they DRIVE LIKE A IDIOT ON ROADS, he nearly ran over my family and when i Raised finger on this GOON, he fully intimidated me n my family with tailgaiting my car and tried to crush us . When pulled over he said y u raised finger, i raised finger coz you are a idiot and should not be on road at all. Blowing HORN WHEN ROAD IS FULLY BUSY N BLOCKED. I gonna report you to police as well. Kept me and my wife on held up at Amritsar for 2.15 hours due to non availability of a bus reached there at 9 AM and then reached Jalandhar at 12.20 for Delhi I brought 4 Suitcases near the bus only then conductor picked nobody bothered to help the elderly person When asked for the number of higher authority he refused didn't allow the wife to go washroom even

My mother forgot her wallet with a huge amount of cash in the bus. She was distraught, thinking no one will return thousand of rupees in this day and age. We still gave it a shot called the conductor and to our surprise, he found it and delivered it to us personally. Words cannot describe how thankful and grateful we are to the conductor for being an upright and honest citizen. These people are truly gems.

Do not ever travel with these stupids. The are simply making fool of public. Ordinary roadways bus is much more better than there services.

Filthy mats, no tv mosquitos in the bus, no pillow or blanket in the sleeper bus

Very Very Bad experience After recommendation from my brother i booked indo canadian service from delhi airport to amritsar . First they say 7.30 is departure time but bus depart by 8.30 Bus conditions were worse than a normal punjab roadways No proper Ac Work Even water condensation were dripping on seats . Very dirty / no window curtains / and even driver and attendant behaviours was starange. I am writing this review from the bus , they started late by 8.30 and now it is 05.00 and they just reached phagwara only , may be amritsar i will reach by 08.00 or 08.30 Almost 12 hours very bad experience

Delhi to Patiala Bus was scheduled 2 hrs later than given time and totally denied any responsibility about this mess up And the staff at IGI airport booth are so u professional and not at all polite
