Points to Consider: 1- Money-Minded Approach: The hospital appears to prioritize profit over patient care, making it feel like a money-minded de-addiction center rather than a place of genuine concern for patients' well-being. 2-Incompetent and Unprofessional Staff: The staff at the hospital lack basic literacy and professionalism, leading to a poor quality of service. They seem to treat patients with little respect, making them feel worthless and disregarded. 3- Excessive Waiting Times: Patients must be prepared to endure long waiting times of more than 2-3 hours after every 10 days. The hospital's inability to manage appointments efficiently is both inconvenient and frustrating for patients. 4- Unjustified Charges: Patients are charged extra for booking appointments, but this does not guarantee a shorter wait time or any added benefits. Additionally, the hospital charges for counseling sessions that provide little value, consisting mainly of vague instructions to "note down what you feel." 5- Expired Classes and Dishonest Staff: The hospital's administration seems untrustworthy, as they charged for a set of counseling classes and later claimed they had expired. This kind of dishonesty adds to the negative experience.

I met with Dr. Singh to discuss and review my mom’s condition .I was clearly able to see how Dr. Singh’s practice is so up to date with latest treatment guidelines of psychiatry and is very much at par with treatment abroad . Dr. Singh is extremely knowledgeable , humble and empathetic and listens to the needs of his patient and does not have an old school paternalistic approach like my mom witnessed seeing other Dr. In the past . I really appreciate his kindness and due diligence in ensuring optimal patient health and safety.

One of the worst clinics I’ve ever visited. The reception people are so disrespectful and they do not even know how to talk to a person who might be having a panic attack. These people only care about money. My parents called in for an emergency talk with the doctor and all that person did was shout at my mother. It’s a pathetic place to get your treatment from. And I was just brushed off by saying it’s just exam stress! Please know how to talk to people with mental health problems!!!

Very negative experience. My grandfather was suffering from minor insomnia and this doctor made it even worse. He has become so weak and couldn't able to sleep well even taking medicine from this doctor. The day we went to harjot's clinic, and today, there's huge difference, physically and mentally. Even the doctor don't take his patients seriously. Never go to this clinic if you wanna see your loved ones healthy.

He is a fraud doctor, just interested in making money and not want to help the people.. Suggested ₹2200 tests, and no proper consultation. he just wants your money and wants you to come to him over and over again...₹400 startup fees was useless
