A lovely,clean and friendly hotel run by the lovely Vontelas family. Set in superb location literally 2 minutes from the village centre and the beach plus all the local eateries are located within a 5minute walk. The bar area is the Center to all the action where Andonis gets all the residents to all mix together. A superb holiday location with a typical traditional Greek feel

What a wonderful place for a holiday. Large clean rooms and a nice pool. The host Andonis has a warm welcome for all guests. For a small amount you can rent scooters or a car to explore the rest of the Island but in Petra there are also nice shops and restaurants. Cant wait to return here.

One of the best hotels on the island. Adonis and his family are welcoming and extremely generous. The hotel is spacious and clean. Pool and parking are a bonus. Location is exceptional!

Just returned from a week at the Blue Sky and my only regret is that it wasn’t two weeks or more. Andonis and his family were the perfect hosts. The apartments are spotless and roomy, the beds incredibly comfortable and the pool a real joy. Petra itself is unspoilt and the people are as welcoming and friendly as you could wish for. Great food and bars. A taste of the real Greece and long may it last. I could go on but I think it’s enough to say that on day four of my week there I booked to return in September.

Been coming here for 25 years since the hotel was just a single block. Our children, and now grandchildren, love the place just as much as we do. The place just gets better and better. George, Maria, and Anthony are lovely people who do a fantastic job of making you feel welcome. The Blue Sky Hotel has large, clean, well maintained rooms, a great bar and fantastic pool. It's ideally located in the centre of the village close to some great restaurants. We've been to a lot of Greek Islands over the years but the Blue Sky is our favourite accommodation , in our favourite resort, on our favourite island. Can't wait to get our annual "fix" this year.

A beautiful family run hotel, great pool and plenty of sun lounges, the duck parade is certainly one not to be missed. A great experience and it must be good because we keep going back where we often meet friends from all over that do exactly the same. So we’ll done Blue Sky - Petra and friends for sharing with us. Blue Sky Hotel is wonderful. It's my home for at least two weeks every year. The Vontellas family welcome you like a long lost family member and always try to give you a wonderful time. I too have been coming here for 25 years. I came with my daughter and husband and now I come with my daughter and grandson. She wants him to enjoy the safe and friendly holidays she did. I have also stayed here as a single traveller since being widowed and I feel completely safe to eat out and visit the tavernas on my own. It is such a friendly place. So many people return year after year I think that speaks for itself.

We have stayed at the Blue Sky Hotel a few times now and love it there! Great location and beautiful views of the the Church of Panagia. Blue Sky Hotel is located in the heart of Petra Village which we loved, and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. See you next time Andonis!!

I have been going to Blue Sky now for 6 years and never lets me down, you go their on holiday and return part of the family. Family run hotel impeccably clean rooms just what u want , great pool plenty of beds no fighting, snacks are great and var is do friendly , cannot fault it’s at all .Anthony and his parents run the hotel together with family , staff are brilliant returning again this year . Beach 100 yards away Petra 3 mins wakk🙏👌❤️🍷✈️

1st visited 13 years ago and Andonis and his family have worked hard to ensure that Blue Sky remains a favourite with Petra visitors. Pool is much improved and rooms are airy with air conditioning which was a must at just €7 per day as the temps reached 35c during our stay. Friendly bar area where Andonis and Gunter are always on hand to top up an empty glass. Great location just steps from the sea.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of petra. The owners are really kind, and really trying make the best of your stay. Rooms are OK. Everything you need, but nothing special. The atmosphere at the bar is lovely, and the barkeepers are amazing! Would recommend this place to stay!

Perfect location for Petra main square, AV loves to entertain all customers around the pool bar, rooms cleaned every day, sheets/towels seemed to be every other day. great location & atmosphere
