Very nice theater. I got here early in the day to see Blue Beetle so there wasn’t much foot traffic at the time. I will say that the bathrooms were clean with touchless sinks that actually work. A clean movie theater (seats could use a little touch up), and friendly staff. If I lived in Augusta, I would make this my go to theater. Right next to Top Golf, BassPro shop, and Costco

Can't give you 5 stars because there's no security lights on in the parking lot after midnight. If you are going to a late movie don't come alone..the parking lot is pitch black..also in one of the women's restrooms, only one hand dryer works...the paper towel dispensers are broken..for a supposedly upscale movie theater it has truly gone down since they open.

Very disappointing experience at the theater. The projector was unable to play the movie. The manager came in and let us know we could exchange our tickets for another show or get refunded. We opted for the refund. I appreciated that they also willingly refunded the concessions ($29) along with the tickets ($30). However I also paid a $5.67 service charge to Fandango that the theater manager refused to offer compensation for. I understand it is an entirely different company. But nonetheless, it was the movie theater that was unable to meet their commitment not Fandango. The theater contracts with Fandango to offer advance sales and convenience to the customers. When the theater is the one dropping the ball they should have offered to refund all my expenses related the cancelled movie experience. I understand refunding cash would not work, but I should have been offered a $5 gift certificate at a minimum.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Showed up on Thanksgiving Day expecting a crazy crowd. Fortunately it had died down by 9PM so the staff was ready to please. Were greeted by smiles from concessions and ticket counter workers despite them working on a holiday. The icing on the cake was when my wife asked them to restart the movie since our group were the only ones present in our theater and we were about 15 minutes late. I told her not to expect much, as I've never known them to restart a movie. The manager said he didn't see why not and immediately restarted the movie for our children!! What a great holiday wish come true for them!

I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience at Riverwatch Cinemas. A presumed "manager" wearing a glaringly yellow collared shirt and tie, along with glasses, incessantly interrupted the movie by engaging in unnecessary conversations with patrons. This disruption occurred not once, but three times, significantly impacting the enjoyment of the film. Paying premium prices for such a rude and disruptive atmosphere is absolutely unacceptable. Save your money and consider other options.

Went to see Wonka last weekend. Parking was a breeze, the theater was clean, our seats were great, online ticket order was very easy and we loved the show! The best part was pumping as much butter on the popcorn as I wanted!

Mildly disappointed in several ways, especially considering the cost spent here. First off,we bought tickets online, but when we arrived there was no explanation on what to do. The ticket kiosk is a self-standing station with no humans around, and no explanation of what to do if you have already purchased your tickets, just a prompt to buy tickets. We stood pressing buttons, confused and searching for a long time, as did the family of 5 next to us in the same situation. The ticket takers are 20 feet away at least, at the back of the area, just standing and talking to each other, not offering any assistance when all the people entering are CLEARLY unsure of what to do. There should definitely be someone up by the kiosk, instead of multiple people standing together at the ticket taking station, doing zero besides waiting for people to figure out the process so they can scan your tickets. My other issue was the $10 tub of popcorn which went to waste because it was teetering on stale. Normally the popcorn is our favorite part of the experience. This time I will say the best part of the experience is the reclining chairs, they were very comfortable, and being able to reserve seats ahead of time is a nice touch. Had we not been 20 minutes late getting into our seats because of the kiosk fiasco it would have been a much nicer time, so my advice to newcomers is definitely come early so you can figure it all out, because there is not much human help.

The best movie theater in Augusta. My husband and I came to see the movie Strays. I love the reclining seats and cleanliness of this location. The movie was so funny I fell out of my chair and didn't have a single piece of dust on my pants. We always have a great time here. The police shows up when there is a large crowd to keep people safe. Great staff!
