The staff is friendly and Dr. Cashman always gives me her undivided attention, and I am very happy with them. The past couple of times I have been, however, I have had to wait in the examining room for 30 minutes without anyone checking in or advising me of when to expect to see the doctor for my scheduled appointment.

Dr Cashman always explains her findings and makes suggestions for issues. She makes you feel as if you are her only patient. She treats two of our other family members. We all appreciate her efforts. She is our favorite.

My wait time was practically zero! I was taken back to a room and interviewed. Laura Winn came in shortly thereafter, and did her assessment. She is friendly, easy to talk to and ask questions of, and explains things well. Her job can be difficult because many situations, like mine, require long-term treatment, and keeping patients motivated is an important element. I feel she handles this well. I am pleased with her direction for me getting my problem under control.

I am greeted by a polite and professional receptionist. Called back by an amazing nurse who is detailed in her review of my chart and notes any concerns . Dr. Cashman and her staff provide excellent medical care and they truly care about their patients.

Dr. Cashman was so gracious to see me. She and her nurse (Kim) were kind and thoughtful... as they always have been. I appreciate their willingness to see me and their efficiency. I'm so glad that she is the dermatologist that cares for me.

Very pleasant staff, even when I first walked in and was running several minutes late. The place was clean, and I felt like all of my questions were answered. I felt like I got a thorough examination and did not feel rushed.

My husband has been looking for a dermatologist that would take the time to address all his concerns since his last dermatologist retired. Other dermatologists he tried made him feel rushed and their care was limited. He found what he was looking for with Dr. Leah Spring. He is hearing impaired so I attended the appointment with him. Dr. Spring was amazing. She addressed his multiple skin issues. She is knowledgeable and thorough. We both feel confident that he is in the best hands. Thank you Dr. Spring!

Overall great experience! I was a new patient and not familiar with the Columbia Skin Clinic process. Check in was instant and on time. The support staff and nurse in assistance were a pleasant and efficient way to begin the visit. Dr. Leah Sping was outstanding! Professional, friiendly, high energy, thorough and confident. She listened to my issues and diligent in covering everything on her new patient examination list. The staff and the doctor was awesome. My mom is a patient there and she highly recommended the clinic to me. I made an appointment and I highly recommended for everyone. It’s clean, nice staff and doctors. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Mosakis very thorough & specific with my care, especially with other outstanding new diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Always respect his plan in my care. Front office personnel very courteous as well as Nurse. Love this office

Dr. Cashman is the best-very welcoming and personable, as well as her assistant. Never have to wait too long and office is bright and clean. I’ve been going annually for about 10 years and have never had a reason to think of changing.

I was able to schedule my appointment when I needed it. The front office staff was super polite and friendly. There is a feature on their website that allows you to text with any questions which is very convenient. Also, Dr. Spring was thorough and took her time with me.

Typical wait for a doc office, but I felt like I received good care and advice in the appointment. My follow up was easily scheduled and they kept their promise to call me the same day to pick a convenient follow-up appointment date/time.

Love Allison Cashman! I feel very well taken care of. I see her twice a year since my father had melanoma that spread to other areas and it took his life. Melanoma is one cancer that can be removed if caught early! She is so thorough in her examinations. She has a terrific staff, always kind and attentive!

Dr. Springs was absolutely fantastic. Her bedside mannerisms were superb and she was very thorough in explaining her diagnosis as well as providing an individual treatment plan that would be best for my daughter’s needs. The entire office was welcoming and staff were friendly, inviting, and very professional.

It was my first time meeting Dr Mouzakis and he firmly shook my hand and welcomed me to his office. Examined me from head to toe and went over my medications and then I was on my way.
