I will drive all the way from Savannah every time I need to come to the dealership after my experience here. Everyone was super nice and the waiting area is fine (but both times I went there was no coffee.) I was able to get my Jeep fixed two weeks before Jeep North or South of Savannah could even get me in - both places I’ve had HORRIBLE experiences with. Quentin was so friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership.

I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler through Jimmy Britt, and can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. My salesperson, G, got me an excellent deal, and made the process completely painless. I live several hours away, and found the vehicle online. They took care of almost everything before I even got there, and had me out the door with my new car very quickly. They even gave me a better trade in on my old car when I got there. My hat is off to G, Rayon, and the entire team for a job very well done! They will definitely get my business again.

We have purchased two vehicles from Jimmy Britt in the past month, one for us (a red charger), and one for our daughter (the white challenger). For the challenger purchase, I was at the dealership negotiating on behalf of my boyfriend who was at work, and my daughter who is in the military out of state. Our salesman was Richard Morgan, and despite all the moving parts he was super patient and accommodating and helped me get the deal done so we could get our daughter a great car that will be dependable and that she loves. We are very pleased and will be back when it is time to buy the next one. We drove from Warner Robins to do business there, and it was completely worth the trip.

I thought I was going in already approved with an Auto Loan by my personal bank, but Bootsie was able to get me approved for an ever better APR% and got me in the brand new 2022 Dodge Charger GT BLACKTOP I came for. Also was able to apply my trade in value at a great rate! This process was so smooth, I was just in disbelief the whole time at how they worked so swiftly to get me what I wanted. I was a bit hesitant to buy a Jeep, given the fact that my 2018 had its fair share of issues. But, I was rear-ended and the insurance deemed me a total loss. Being at wits end, I end up telling salesman Braedon and G about the situation. They were very sweet, fun, and energetic to get me with another vehicle. I was itching for a 2022 Jeep Compass High Altitude, but was not available; however, the latitude and its beautiful interior with wireless Apple CarPlay had got me interested with the 2022 model. After which, I was thinking if it was in my budget to purchase such a new vehicle, which it did. I’m happy to say that after 3 hours of conversing, I ended up getting just that! I love it so far (wish the latitude had more features, but it’ll do) and I appreciate them for being understanding and nice throughout the whole process. They definitely earned my business and look forward to eventually owning a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I’ll even attach a photo to show how excited I was 😂 P.S. the store itself will want you to get a vehicle from there! It’s so beautiful.

From the very beginning until the very end, JBCDJ went above and beyond. G was a great salesman and hooked me up! Definitely worth giving them your business. Financing was easy even with a few blemishes on my history and I was informed at all times. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and offered refreshments while my sales rep was alerted to my arrival. The car I was there to see had already been pulled up to the front with a sign that said "Held for a VIP". After driving the car with G, we went back to the dealership where we discussed what the next steps would be and met with the finance manager (Rob). Rob got me in my new Beetle at an awesome rate and payment despite my having past charge offs on my credit report. He secured financing through a mainstream lender (Chrysler Capitol) and not one of those 3rd party buy here pay here type of lenders - thus - securing me a much lower interest rate. He even negotiated them down nearly $200 lower on the monthly payment that they initially offered! They also replaced a very minor part that had malfunctioned prior to my even leaving the dealership that day and threw in a top to bottom detailing WITH a full tank of gas. Again..... I cannot say enough about how great of an experience I had here. I've purchased many vehicles and this was by far my best experience to date. When you go, ask for "G" and Rob. They will make it happen.

Honestly some of the best & most friendly service I’ve ever received from a dealership. Alana & her team went out of the way to make sure I got the exact wrangler I wanted. Her bubbly personality & customer service is unmatchable to any dealership I’ve ever been in. I had the best buying experience by far. Joshua went above and beyond over the phone, he sent two videos while in phone negotiations, We drove up Saturday morning and met Joshua and Madison, Madison handled the deal with the most pleasant interaction we’ve ever had. Finally Jeff Broadwater sealed the deal by doing exactly what we asked for then we met with Sam for the financial portion and guess what, it was as perfect as the rest of the deal. The car was cleaned and had gas in it. These people wrote the book on customer service, nothing else to say. Beyond a 5 star experience!!

Carmon and Q was great they made things happen, even though my credit was not normal. We got into a brand new truck with way below the monthly payments we thought. I will keep coming back over and over. This was the best experience I've had in the 32 years of driving and buying vehicles.

Wow! What a gem of a dealership! We were looking to buy a vehicle from out of state and the process couldn't have been easier. Everyone we spoke with from Cameron in sales, Sam in Virtual Sales, and Ed and Rayon in management were very friendly and super helpful! The whole team was very professional and prompt with communication. They were very accommodating and even though we were out of state, they still made us feel like we were just as important as in-person customers. You can't go wrong with this dealership! "Factory tow package" they put on a brand new car that they said, had the tow package, but didn't. Service department is absolutely terrible. Same vehicle had to go in for air conditioner maintenance and was there for a week! No communication except we had to call them... even when they broke a part and had to wait for it to come in. No update. No communication. The lady we were dealing with, apparently walked out on them... I can see why. The other guy had terrible customer service, I don't know what they saw in him to deal with the customers. Avoid this dealership!

I live in Charleston and didn’t want to go outside the area but when I expanded my search a little for a Gladiator, Jimmy Britt popped up. They had multiple models in stock that matched what I was looking for and their pricing was much better than everyone in town! Worked quickly to get me an out the door price without the back and forth haggle of traditional car sales and all was done from the comfort of my house without me having to travel to the store to get a good deal. Highly recommend!
