Visited the store back on April and purchased my first solitaire ring for proposal. Customer service? Superb. However the shop doesn’t provide IGI cert and only providing the in house cert, which after I brought the ring back to Singapore and the local store using the magnifying glass to help me identify and notice there are numbers for IGI cert. I couldn’t identify the issue is coming from the sources of Nicols or the local store in SG swap away my diamond (which i don’t think they can swap in front of me as my ring are crafted with name). As there are no IGI cert issue by Nicols while the SG local store did found the numbers within the diamond, and the worst part is the diamond spec are lower than the in house cert given.

I received such personalised attention, they really take the time to ensure you make the right selection. The follow up service by Samuel was outstanding with great attention to detail. I will not hesitate to visit this business again when in Madrid, the service is flawless and the product range is exquisite. Totally recommend. Thank you Nicols!
