They do not offer solutions nor do they care about your health status, they seem like an intermediary hired by companies to seek to discharge you directly no matter how you are. It seems incredible to me that living in a democracy, spaces like this one that I am reviewing are legal, it seems truly dystopian to me. But you, the doctors who have volunteered to work for these mutual insurance companies, are the ones who have undoubtedly fallen the lowest. Where is your code of ethics? Where was his Hippocratic oath? Did they study such a hard career to end up harming people's health? Do you really consider yourselves "doctors"? You can save the answer that you copy and paste in all the reviews, cynics.

They are scoundrels. Lying and not letting the truth be gay.

The medical center is very good. It is not overcrowded, it is spacious, clean and pleasant. My attention was very good, friendly and close. In the waiting room there was cordiality and friendly treatment. Few people and acquaintances among them. Both the sworn security guard and the rest of the people kindly informed me and helped me.

(Translated by Google) Terrible attention, I had an incident and they took almost two hours to attend to me, I couldn't stand the pain and they didn't do anything. They tell me that they can't take me off work because I didn't come from my usual address, they make me lose the morning to tell me that and they don't even apply a cream. what a disgusting place (Original) Pésima atención, tuve un incidente y tardaron casi dos horas en atenderme, no soportaba el dolor y no hacían nada. (Translated by Google) I have a pain in my wrist due to a bad gesture at work, I am a paddle tennis teacher. They tell me it's a ganglion and they put me in a wristband, treat me with anti-inflammatories and refer me to the SS. These the next morning they do an ultrasound that they did not do in asepeyo and they tell me that there is no ganglion. They send me to asepeyo because the inflammation is an occupational accident. In asepeyo they already tell me that they can't attend to me because I'm referred, but badly because with the palpation they believe one thing and in the test they see that they don't. Now I don't have sick leave and they tell me to go to the INSS to resolve the contingency referral. Problem, I arrived at 7:30 p.m. (afternoon work) and they close at 8:00 p.m. If I had arrived earlier, they would do the Echo and not excuse themselves in that I already had the ganglion and that it has been shown that I did not.

Disastrous team, at least the doctor they summoned me to. I am awaiting medical tests, an urgent CT scan and it tells me that I am ready to join. I have been working the first sick leave for 37 years and I feel terrible. EMBARRASSING

(Translated by Google) It seems to me that they are a bit irresponsible since they ask you to please put on the mask and then it is the admission ladies themselves who are in there without a mask...a bit rude, apart from being slow to attend to you I have an appointment at 8:20, the first of the day and it's 8:35 and they still haven't named me..... a little bad in terms of agility (Original) Me parece que son un poco irresponsables ya que te piden porfavor que te pongas la mascarilla y luego son las propias señoritas de admisión que están ahí dentro sin mascarilla.......un poco de mal educados, aparte de ser lentos para atenderte que tengo cita alas 8:20 , el primero del día y son las 8:35 y aún no me an nombrado.....un poco malos en cuanto a agilidad

(Translated by Google) Terrible treatment in admission, including security. What a pity that such rude people work with the public! I have already had 2 incidents with them at 3 I will file a claim. They believe that you go there for pleasure and that they have the right to treat you badly.

(Translated by Google) They are looking forward to discharge you, a traffic accident without taking a single X-ray, only pills, and their eagerness to discharge me (both the doctor and the physio) was incredible, the way the doctor spoke to patients was very superb and prepotent. She wanted to discharge me (I repeat, without taking any X-rays) and when I told her that they would do an MRI in my private insurance because they saw no interest in treating me there, that was when this woman decided to send me X-rays and that's when she saw ... Come on, I'll put up with it for 8 days .... It's a shame! When I cry of impotence, seeing no interest in healing if not in discharge, it tells me that I have anxiety and depression !!!!

(Translated by Google) I've been there twice. The first one due to a broken knee and the attention was good but too much of a rush to discharge without thinking that I work 8 to 10 hours on my feet. The second time I went for a fall and the doctor was very aware of everything I had and how I felt. Both times I felt as if I had done something wrong, since they asked me the same thing several times and different people, I understand that there will be people who will bite you but come on, in my case everything he said could be proven so ... . (Original) He ido dos veces.

The truth is that they leave a lot to be desired, they give you an appointment at 3:00 p.m. and here everyone is waiting, since it's the shift change, they drink their coffee calmly and it doesn't work at all, not to mention that at the minimum they let you know that the injury that you have is due to wear and tear and not because of the job or the accident you had.

I had an appointment at 4:40 p.m., I arrive and they give me a ticket with a new appointment at 7:20 p.m., without prior notice, clients arrive after me with a ticket and an appointment before mine (7:20 p.m.), I tell reception and super edges tell you that they come from the emergency room...so I ask the patients and none of them come for that reason. Of shame! On top of that, I came with my 3-year-old daughter and all this without knowing if they would let me go...would anyone else recommend it?

I think it's great, but I would ask you to please put the service hours on the website, since it says that the service is open until 8:00 p.m....When you have a lot of pain, you don't have to go around too much... (Translated by Google) Unfortunately today after 35/40 minutes after the time of my appointment I indicated that I needed to be attended to shortly or a receipt since I had to arrive at my daughters' school. The manners of the very unpleasant admission person and bordering on rudeness, do not give the option of a new appointment or proof that you have attended your appointment and they have not been able to attend you. Your time is not worth more than that of the people who come who have a life to organize. On my first visit I waited an hour and 20 minutes and today 40 minutes. They have a major planning problem.

DELIGHTED I went for a review of my sick leave and when I read the reviews I was very discouraged and a little scared because the other center in Asepeyo from which they sent me that did not correspond to me in Francisco Silvela, the doctor who treated me was nothing less than a treatment machine. interrogation by the FBI, cold and distant, who were not interested in my health at all, only the withdrawal process and the veracity of the data, but to my surprise, in this other center, Dr. ANTONIO DE TENA GARCÍA treated me and it was WONDERFUL. He encouraged me a lot with my depression and he has been attentive, close and concerned, giving me advice and with a smile, he has even made me smile. It had been a long time since I had felt so well treated and cared for. Although I don't know if you will ever read this, I would like to take the opportunity to thank you again for your professional vocation, which is interested in people's health, and when we are having such a bad time we need attention from a real doctor. I would have liked to give him a hug because he deserves it. That's how all doctors had to be.

(Translated by Google) Well, the first day they treated me well, I went after 8 days, I had a broken finger amputated and the other damaged and after 8 days the nurse took my hand and bent them by force and told me that it is incredible that in 8 days I could not move my fingers closing my fist I freaking out and and the stitches that would be removed in 15 days I took and tore them without closing my wounds and I asked him if they are going to rehabilitate me and he told me that it will not be necessary perhaps we are not to give rehabilitations And the doctor just went around saying that you are fine, I also asked her about the scars, how will I look, and she told me like any scar I don't know. What is the name of the nurse but this one with Dr. Rosa I had a panic if I went to Francisco Silvela's because of the reviews I saw of that place but I don't see any difference because as a patient you don't care if you only get discharged as quickly as possible. see with my doctor at the health center that if it mattered a shame that they are people without a heart but then they will see what it feels like maybe one day the same thing will happen to them (Original) Pues el primer día me trataron bien, fui despues de 8 dias, tengo amputado un dedo con rotura y el otro dañado y despues de 8-dias la enfermera cogió mi mano me los dobló a la fuerza y me dijo q es increíble q en 8 dias no pueda mover los dedos cerrando el puño yo flipando y y los puntos que me quitarian en 15 dias cogio y me los arrancó sin cerrarse mis heridas y le pregunte si me van a rehabilitar y me dijo que no hará falta quizás no estamos para dar rehabilitaciones y la doctora solo se dio una pasada por ahi diciendo que bien estas también le pregunte por las cicatrices como quedaré y me dijo como cualquier cicatriz no se. como se llama la enfermera pero esta con la doctora Rosa tenia yo pánico fe ir al de Francisco silvela por las reseñas que vi de ese lugar pero no veo ninguna diferencia por que como paciente no les imprtas silo darte el alta lo mas rápido posible nada que ver con mi doctora de cabecera del centro de salud que si se importo una pena que sean personas sin corazón pero z y alli veran lo que se sientequizas un dia a ellos le pase lo mismo

They don't answer the phone, Asepeyo in general is a huge disaster, they send you to centers far from your house with others closer, in the one in Legazpi (the one that corresponds to me according to them) they have hung up on me in a bad way because I don't belong to They send me to the general phone number without wanting to listen to me and they hang up on me, I call again and they hang up on me directly....in short, I have had to look for the phone number but they don't pick it up either. It is a real shame to treat a user

The human quality is deplorable and let's not talk professional about ALL the workers in this office. My 61-year-old mother came in on Tuesday after suffering a whiplash injury to her leg during her work day, causing a stroke to appear at the time. He treats her and they tell her that she suffers from osteoarthritis and gas in her stomach, which also causes pressure (I don't understand what gas may have to do with the bones or muscles of a leg). He doesn't give her sick leave from work and sends her simple anti-inflammatories. , also tells her that when she works in a rehabilitation clinic, they should look at her there. Today, 48 hours later, he has to go again because first thing in the morning he once again suffers from much worse whiplash. They indicate that they are not going to attend to her by omitting help to a person whom they have had for more than 3 hours without any attention, water, or medical assistance even if it is to alleviate that pain. I want to emphasize that my mother is Colombian by birth but has been in our country for more than 40 years, I am 33 years old. The attention he has received both times has been disastrous, however when my father showed up everything was different, from which I deduce the racism of these workers. Of all because the blonde at the reception was rude and haughty towards my mother at all times. Finally they have agreed to see it because my mother's company has managed it. Indicating again now on this occasion that it is sciatica and they do not cover it, referring her to Public Health. Companies pay mutual insurance companies so that they do not assist their workers and on top of that, they refer to the SS any work accidents that occur during work positions and hours. ASEPEYO you are trash as a mutual company and the workers you have in this office are the same. We will take all the measures that are in our hands not only for omission of relief, not taking a clearly sick leave but also for the disastrous treatment received towards my mother. The college of doctors will be notified of the very unprofessional attention of the doctor in question and the virtual claims office will also be notified to Mutuas de AT and EP, so that they can open an investigation/file.

Hello. This afternoon I was in consultation number 5 with a certain doctor? Pabon😱God knows where it will be from and the truth is that it couldn't be worse. He is not interested in the patient, just that he is looking forward to discharge you instead of worrying about what happens to you. Terrible treatment. The shame is that other real professionals are unemployed... that's how Spain is going. I forgot to say that Dr. Jauma Rojo is a professional, not like others... (They send you in 2 minutes)... What a disaster. Long live Spain forever

If you are self-employed, I would recommend that you look for another alternative to Asepeyo. If you are looking to be informed correctly and to help you in the processes, I certainly don't think you will find it in Asepeyo.

The doctor's treatment has left much to be desired. Totally inhuman treatment. I brought her documentation although it is private, awaiting results of several important tests and she expresses that she has to return to work without the results of these. Disastrous and inhuman treatment It doesn't deserve a star

I don't want to put everyone in the same bag, but the disastrous service I received from the doctor who treated me, I looked like I was packed with boxes loading and unloading, which is 8 hours non-stop during my work shift, it put me in doubt at all times with which I was able to verify that the more reports I bring doctors, the more it bothers him that it was documented, when I have to be every two by three pricking myself in the back, as a center I have not received treatment from this doctor optimal, so even the girl at the reception apologized for the inconvenience, it seems a shame that people are treated like this in anything but a cordial manner, and not in an antisocial manner as if you owed two months of mortgage, it is incredible I have filed my complaint and of course I do not give the center a 1, since it annoys me that they make me look like a liar, we will see what is done with this complaint of mine, I do not think it will be the first nor the last, of course shame!!.
