A bureaucratic disaster your attention. They handle everything with fear and absurd requirements, as if exchanging dollars for euros were illegal trafficking. In other houses they don't do it. Here they waste your time in a scandalous way after passing non-existent quotes in the market. With so many other exchange sites, it's not worth wasting your time with them!
