Simply put: this is the best place to enjoy Naples! It’s located in the heart of Chiaia: a beautiful neighborhood with several cafes, bars and restaurants. In a 5min range you can reach the seafront, via Chiaia and Piazza del Plebiscito etc. We traveled with an infant and the cot provided was brand new and very comfy. The rooms are lovely and everything is pristine. The guys managing the B&B are incredible! Very polite and professional. Their recommendations about Naples are really an added value. Highly recommended and I look forward to returning soon!

One of the best place BnB I have been. Hospitality was great and the breakfast is in one top closeby bar, Cimmino. The interior and the room comforts were also quite outstanding for the price. Reccomended!

My colleagues and I booked all 5 rooms in this B&B for our company trip and i wasn't mistake. We get best from the both world. *Personal approach, incredible host, free water, coffee, tea juice, specious rooms. We had feeling like we staying in Airbnb apartment. *On the other hand we had cleaning services, private rooms, bathrooms, keys, Italian breakfast like in any 4-5 star hotel. Just with more soul and style. Andrea and his brother were incredible hosts. They gave us recommendations what to visit and where to eat. They explain everything to us about rooms and hotel. They respected our privacy but they were there to help everytime we needed them. One of them even took my friends to Napoli football game and help them to find ticket. Their B&B is in the center of Chiaia which is top location for those who want to explore Napoli. It is upscale part of Napoli which is vibrant but safe enough. Also it is in walkable distance, just 5-10 minutes to city center. PS: If you coming to Napoli skip hotel chains and book here for authentic Napoli experience.

Nice B&B with large rooms and updated bathrooms. The location is fantastic in Chiaia, a high end district of Napoli. Lots of restaurants and shopping right outside. The building is beautiful inside and out. Prior communication was essential for a smooth check in. Room was well furnished, evening included a mini fridge and safe. The view from the balcony was pleasant. The street below can get a bit noisy at night. The only complaint I have is about the beds. Our room had a memory foam mattress which I do not like. Overall a nice place for a family stay in Napoli.

Such a wonderful stay. The b&b is located in a perfect location for all major sites and in the Chiaia neighborhood of Naples. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. The rooms are spacious with a great layout for luggage. The staff was very helpful if we needed anything. The breakfast was in a cafe next door with a simple pastry and coffee. Perfect for a quick bite before a day of sightseeing. Put room was clean and we had maid service everyday. Also the building elevator is very antique and is definitely worth a look.

This place is a great find. We really loved the location. The rooms are big, super clean and very comfortable. The team that work there are really lovely and helpful. Highly recommended!

Once more CitySoul B&B exceeded expectations. We stayed this weekend in the “food” theme room and enjoyed cleanness, white gloves services and the perfect location for a weekend getaway if you wanna enjoy Napoli at its best. We’ll be back for sure.

Fantastic location, very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The rooms are comfortable and quite large. The piazza below is a young, lively and trendy hot spot so it can be a little noisy in the evening - and best to head down for a drink to join the locals. Very quaint vintage elevator and entrance. Would stay here again

We had not heard good things about Naples so only stayed one night before heading to Amalfi however how wrong we were advised. Naples is busy, dirty and a bit lawless but it’s a vibrant city. B&B City Soul is in a very nice upmarket area with fantastic shopping, trendy bars and restaurants. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Spacious rooms with modern bathrooms we would highly recommend Naples and B&B City Soul.
