Horrible
experience.
The
cashier
cashed
two
customers
each
before
me
in
a
prompt
and
friendly
manner
and
when
I
got
to
the
counter
she
ignored
me
and
made
me
wait
for
no
reason
not
even
acknowledging
me.
When
she
did
come
to
take
my
order
it
was
with
a
sour
expression
on
her
face.
Waited
for
my
order
whilst
another
customer
came
with
a
query
about
some
online
offer
on
his
phone.
He
was
promptly
greeted
by
the
cashier
unlike
myself.
She
could
not
address
his
query
and
went
to
get
another
worker
who
proceeded
to
advise
him.
The
cashier
continued
to
watch
on
as
the
two
conversed
whilst
my
order
came
out.
I
asked
her
if
I
could
get
my
order
as
she
was
no
longer
concerned
with
the
transaction
as
she
was
just
looking
on.
I
was
ignored
so
I
asked
again.
She
indiciated
that
she
was
"attending"
to
the
customer
which
was
a
lie
as
she
was
just
standing
looking
on
at
her
co
worker.
She
gave
me
my
order
with
a
disgusted
look
on
her
face.
I
am
not
one
to
complain
about
this
but
I
could
not
help
but
notice
that
the
two
customers
she
promptly
served
before
me
and
the
customer
she
was
"attending"
to
were
the
same
race
as
her
and
they
were
met
with
excellent
friendly
service
whilst
conversely
she
ignored
me
and
have
poor
customer
service
to
the
person
of
another
race.
KFC
this
is
2022
there
is
no
room
for
poor
customer
service
based
on
racism
in
this
day
and
age.
Please
train
your
frontline
staff
this
was
unacceptable.
