Took my dad for Master health checkup. The staffs were very helpful. The lady at the front desk wearing glasses was very smart and very helpful in everything. My dad veins were not easy to find so it was not easy to take blood but the staffs were very patient and they carefully searched the veins and took blood for tests. I'm thankful to the whole staffs who were present on 21 Dec 2021. You guys are doing an amazing job serving our country by helping treat the patients with care. I have been there for health checkup on 15th November. My reporting time was 8:30 AM, I reported well within time. When I contacted the receptionist She was not welcoming at all. She told me that kindly wait, yours check up will start by 10 AM. I told her that my appointment was @ 8:30, then why it should be start at 10. Then she was like wait there it might start by 09:45. I didn’t have any other option rather than waiting in such an unprofessional health service centre. Though it started by 09.30. Since then everything was taken care by Ms. Ruksana Begum that too with so ease. She was so good at her service. These 3 stars only for her and i cut those 2 star for receptionist.

Disappointed by the service of Dr. S.B. Nagori. All they are interested in is suggesting multiple tests which are unnecessary and do not care about explaining the health problem. Even had too much difficulty finding a medicine which was prescribed. Such experiences are the reason why people loose faith in health checkups because of money making interest at such places.

Here staff are very helpful and very close to sharing services. Basically ms Sharmistha, Ms Ananya and Suparna, sudip is very very helpful. All are co operate.. Any time take any information abt Diagnosis service they are alwys help me. I request to dear MD in CHRC plz grow your stafff. They are all important in your center. Very good service and report Quality are so good. My all doctor advice to done all test from your center. Service quality so better and quickly get all report. Good service well behaved staff

I hardly provide reviews however i was so impressed with the diagnostic centre that i had to write this up. Went there to complete my annual health check up sponsored by medibuddy. The staffs are well trained, courteous and shows a lot of empathy. (I was surprised that they even keep a lady to checkin individual customer personally with a greet, she was polite and amiable). Also special shout out to Ruksana, i was in a hurry as i had some urgent appointments elsewhere and she took no time to address my concern and made sure the checks get prioritised. Highly recommended and will visit again for sure, Kudos to the team!!

Very good experience. Dr. S B Nagori is a very good in diagnosis and taking care. He explained the symptoms in very well mannered and also suggested about the next course of action. All the staff in the hospital are very cooperative. Hygiene and cleaning is very much maintained.

4 members of my family took the 3rd dose of covishield at Calcutta Heart Research Centre. The procedure was very smooth and we were through by half-an-hour. The staff of the instruction were very efficient. We had a very good experience on the whole. Keep up the good work.

Staffs are good. Service is good. A staff named Mr. Shantanu was good and helpful. BUT I went for corporate sponsored full body checkup. I felt that USG and echo was not done upto the mark as it was without doctor's prescription.

Went on a day for my father's check up with hectic patient load. They were able to complete everything and provide the reports by day end. Support from Mr Santanu Sen made the entire process smoother.

Overall experience is good, very clean. But they charge INR 100 for first time patients for registration.

Very unprofessional and indisciplined system. No advanced booking system. Waiting time is huge and the security personnel assigns the visiting number totally on his will. Never get to know how many persons are on the queue.

recently had the opportunity to visit this Medicare center, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. The service and care I received here were exceptional. The staff ( mainly Ruksana Madam ) was not only professional but also incredibly compassionate. They took the time to explain all the details, answer my questions, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

I had one of the best experiences with her the way she treated me with her calm and composed nature and a smile on her face would make every patient come to her for treatment.
