The pizza was delicious, and the service was so friendly and professional. My friends and I stopped at this place on our way out of town. We tried the Cheeseburger pizza and Around the Garden. Both were loaded with toppings, and the ingredients were fresh. I loved that the Cheeseburger pizza actually used ketchup and mustard for the sauce, which many places don't use. This creates a real burger taste. The crust was also thin and crisp, which I enjoyed. Our server Min was wonderful. He had several tables but handled everyone with no problems. He was very friendly and really added to a great dining experience. I would definitely love to come here again.

Fantastic thin crust pizza. Must try. The BBQ beef is especially recommended.

We've only been here twice so far for take out pizza orders. Both experiences were excellent. The pizza is amazing and full of flavor. We ordered the mushroom chicken Alfredo pizza (added jalapeños) both times, and it was really good. The service was also very fast considering how many people were dining in (looked like several parties). Employees were very nice and answered any questions we had. The building seemed very clean. As we were waiting, we observed one employee immediately start cleaning a table as soon as the party left. Anytime we come to Decorah, we will definitely be visiting Mabe's Pizza!

Came here from out of state, didn’t know what to expect….. we were blown away by the food and the service! There was a slight mistake on our pizza order, and the staff was excellent about it and offered us a pizza on the house! Pizza was delicious and the staff were even better! Definitely recommend for people visiting!

August 4th was when we had Mabe’s around the garden/bacon cheeseburger pizza and the kids had classic pepperoni pizza. Delicious😋.While we waited we had the combo basket and kids boneless wings. Will be getting those again as our kids ate them all up We always anticipate having extra pizza for our float down the upper ia and my personal favorite way to reheating is on a grill to just crisp the crust

Small town pizza place with a family atmosphere. Plenty of pizza options, I had the chicken & mushroom Alfredo. Pizza was good but not above average. The best part of the experience was the friendly staff.

Food was great! Staff was great! But if you're camping and don't want to be stared down by the locals, I suggest you find a different place to go.

We were there the other day& the pizza & the chicken alfredo was so delicious !!!!! Just so worth the drive over. And the atmosphere there wow we had Henry as our Waiter !!!! He was a comedian since we walked in & had us in tears & belly laughs. The best guy ever. Plus he did a excellent job. Will be back to see him also along with our food. Thank you so much.

Highly recommend. We recently visited Decorah and ordered from Mabe's Pizza based on rave reviews from friends. The rave reviews were merited. We especially loved the Bacon Cheeseburger and Philly Cheese Steak pizzas!

This was a decent spot to get out of the cold and grab a bite to eat. It would have been nice to see a menu outside before going in. There is a reason why you hang a menu outside. So, you don't waste either of our time. But, anyway. The food was decent. It wasn't bad and it wasn't something to call home about. Would I go there again, sure, after I have tried other spots in Decorah first. The staff was nice and the place was clean.

We visited Mabe’s as part of our fall trip to Decorah. I ordered a veggie pizza, which due to the moisture level can result in a soft crust. This veggie pizza had a perfect crisp crust! Ingredients were fresh and generous. Overall a delicious pizza! The service was excellent and the staff so friendly. Highly recommend to those that love thin and crispy crusts!

I get it. It's a hometown pizza place. Is the pizza good. No, it is not. The place was full of 70 yr old people reliving their college days by eating here again. The pizza sausage is ground beef style which reminds me of my high school cafteria pizza. So at least it's got some nostalgic value, for both me and the Luther College alumni. Service was great. My waitress was really personable and helpful. Because of her, maybe I would try a burger?

I love Mabe's Pizza! A family tradition to go whenever we visit grandpa! The garden pizza is the best with pepperoni for the kids.
