We were here three years ago before the pandemic, and had such a lovely time! Well, for date night tonight, we wanted to enjoy an hour here before closing. We just stopped by 13 minutes ago and although they were busy, there were two tables open. The open sign was still on. We sat at the high top for seven minutes, we weren't even greeted. A staff member made eye contact twice, but did not greet us. We looked at the menu and decided what we would have if we were provided service. The bartender looked at another customer and said she would be right with her, but she never said anything to us. Therefore, we felt unwelcomed, and we left. We will not come back. S shame that such a sweet, small, beautiful place lacks customer service. I regret sharing with friends that we should come here more often for date nights and girls' nights. I'll be sure to update them of our most recent experience tonight. 1-23-23 Adding in response to staff's response: I work in an incredibly busy establishment, and we are also incredibly short-staffed, but while I'm running to finish a task, I still manage to greet anyone near me, especially new faces and tell them we will be right there. I did not mean to slam the door as it swings open very easily from the inside - it wouldn't hurt to maybe put a bit of resistance on the door if you don't want an easily slamming door. I said sorry but of course, you were too far away to even hear or even greet us. If we waited for the 6 people ahead of us to be served, I'm sure it would have been closing time (and who knows how long we would have had to wait to get service if we weren't even told an estimate wait time). Perhaps, turn the open sign to say you're closed if you can't keep up with providing service. Glad everyone else had a great time and great service, as they were all white. I'm happy to take my money elsewhere.

This place is exceptionally cute! It is in a well refinished old bank. You can sit in the bank vault, the main bar area, or one of many cubby holes to relax and enjoy your friends and beverages. They were playing good music and the place has a great vibe for sitting and catching up with friends. I had the hummus and pita. The red bell pepper hummus was delicious and the pita came warm and soft. It was delicious! I asked for a surprise red wine pairing (by the glass). The bartender (and owner) picked a pinot noir, and it was also delicious! I will definitely be back!

This was the first stop for a bachelorette party. The owner was so sweet, the wine was delicious, the space is cozy and inviting, and there were even board games for us to play! 100% would recommend UnWine'd to anyone looking for a trendy place to have a drink.

This fantastic little place may be overlooked. The atmosphere is cozy. Offering two floors you can nestle into a corner of one of the safes or sit at the quaint bar and order a drink! You will receive pleasant conversations and accurate information to answer any of your questions. There is a wide variety of wines to choose from and seasonal drinks to keep you on your toes. Don't forget to support your local businesses like this!

Amazing!!! Great City, Great Location Great Service .. Onalaska has great people coming through had a wonderful time here with both service and people .. I wish LaCrosse would learn from this place

Always a great atmosphere with great service!! Meg (Owner) is absolutely FABULOUS and does such a great job at giving recommendations on the new wines they have in every few weeks. Love stopping in for a glass or two with a girlfriend or my fiancé for a date night. HIGHLY recommend!

This is fabulous neighborhood gathering place. Great wine and people. Megan knows how to make everyone feel welcome. A quick stop while walking the dog!

I have always felt I was entering a friends house when coming here. So welcoming. You and your staff are always soooo sweet. Knowledgeable and PERSONABLE. You are always are go to for nights out and we will see you in a few weeks for our girls night ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Love love love this place and my only “complaint” (which you can’t control) would be for outdoor seating since you have such a GORG location ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I'm so happy I decided to cross the street and stop in, it's absolutely adorable inside and was so cozy with fall scented candles and soft jazz playing. And of course some absolutely delicious wine options! I'll be back for sure ~ ♥️
