From the moment my wife and I checked in with our friends we knew we were in for something special. From the reception staff on they really could not do enough for you. The staff focus was entirely set to ensure that we, as guests had the best time. The other thing to mention right at the top of this is the setting. Secluded in its own bay, just as the name describes. You know its great when every tour boat operating in the area stops by! Every morning we visited the restaurant for breakfast, a fabulous mix of local specialties as well as familiar favourites. My personal favourite was to visit the juice bar, which also just happened to home ice cold bottles of prosecco. It felt only right to mix this with some orange juice and have a breakfast mimosa! Moving out to the pool, attentive staff ensured that we remained fed and watered throughout the day. The last thing to mention are the bar staff, they made our stay really super special. While making fabulous cocktails, both on and off menu, we would sit and chat. They would provide the best restaurant and bar referrals while we would recount details of the adventures we had during the day before. I would specifically like to say a big thank you and send our love to Marco and Tanya but most importantly to our friend, Luca. An absolute superstar! Thank you Atlantis bay for making it a trip to remember for all time! We will be back.

My husband and I stayed at Atlantis Bay for 5 nights on our trip to Taormina. Everything about our stay was incredible. The service at the front desk, the beach bar, and everywhere else at the resort was top notch. Our room had a spacious balcony with sea side view. The view from the beach bar and pool is stunning. We had no need to go to a beach club, everything we needed was at the resort. We even rented jet skis and they picked us up right at the resort dock. We would absolutely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here, and was our second time here. Last time we stayed here was in 2019, and since then the hotel has had a facelift and rooms have been renovated. This time we hosted a wedding celebration dinner on the waterfront patio. Was a wonderful experience and the staff are so good. Unique point of this hotel is the ability to arrange a dinner right on the water, is really beautiful. Everything was great during our stay - nice rooms, nice staff. :)

This is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. I am a very fussy person and like things to be done in a particular way and at Atlantis Bay absolutely nothing has disappointed me. Photos do not do this spectacular hotel justice. It is the most magnificent hotel I have ever seen. The views are out of a fairytale. It is also the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in with the best turn down service I’ve ever had. From the smallest detail to the largest detail everything is spotless and taken care of. The staff are only too happy to help take care of your needs. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel's location is stunning. The rooms are clean and fresh. The best part was the service. Everyone was kind and went out of their way to remember and accommodate an allergy we had. The cocktails were delicious and the breakfast buffet was great!

My husband and I spent a few days at the Atlantis Bay and loved every second of it! The hotel is located in private bay with gorgeous views and exceptional service. Bar Kori cocktails are delicious, fresh and incorporate lots of local Sicilian ingredients. They also have yummy non alcoholic drinks as well! The restaurant at the hotel is also amazing! We had enjoyed a Lobster Linguini that was by far the best we have had thus far in Italy!

Atlantis did not disappoint! The views from the room were beautiful, the service was impeccable (especially appreciated the turn down service) and the breakfast was impressive. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

This place was really nice; near everything (beaches, shops, ..), the view from there is stunning, restaurant and bar amazing! Special mention to Luca, Alessandro and Inez who were professional and really kind

What a fantastic holiday we had and what a fantastic hotel ! We literally could not fault it ….. the room - beautiful with an incredibly comfortable bed and kept impeccably clean but we were never disturbed by the cleaners. The staff could not have been lovelier or more helpful … Viviana, Genny, Domenico, to name just a few but they were all exemplary. The breakfast was fantastic with loads on offer and the sun loungers were so comfortable with a lovely view out to sea …..highly recommend x

A true 5-star stay in Taormina! All staff was super helpful and kind. The rooms were beautiful with gorgeous features. The food & drinks were enjoyed every day!! Pool is amazing and it has its own private beach/ocean front! Can’t recommend enough!

My stay at Atlantis Bay was a mixed bag. Some of the staff were fantastic, others were unfriendly almost rude. The location and view is incredible. I think only some of the rooms have been updated, ours had stained carpets, an old bathroom, and lacked the charm I expected based on pictures. We saw another room that was pristine with a gorgeous new bathroom. The food was ok. A lot of the technology was dated and complicated. For the price I expected a much better experience.

Fantastic week my partner & I had staying at the Atlantis Bay. The staff are nothing but excellent, from the lifeguards / poolside team, waitstaff, receptionists, housekeeping and maintenance - 11/10. The views and cleanliness are also something to mention. It’s safe to say we will definitely be returning!

Stayed during October 2023 for a week of our honeymoon, fantastic service and location. We got a great deal on the room as well. Staff very professional. Restaurant is a bit overpriced but the quality was fantastic.
