I've
stayed
in
a
lot
of
beautiful
places
in
Italy
but
this
one
is
my
absolute
favourite,
despite
it
being
a
very
tiny
local
cafe/bar.
We
did
a
long
8km
walk
from
Palermo,
expecting
to
find
a
restaurant
in
this
town,
but
when
we
arrived
it
was
deserted
and
everywhere
was
shut.
This
tiny
bar
was
the
only
place
open,
but
it
was
perfect.
The
menu
is
surprisingly
large
and
the
staff
were
super
sweet.
They
looked
after
us
so
kindly
whilst
we
waited,
and
the
the
children
helped
by
serving
us
our
coffee
and
grabbing
beers
from
the
fridge.
Despite
being
tiny,
the
food
they
served
was
really
solid,
and
there
was
a
lot
to
pick
from.
They
made
us
feel
so
welcome.
It's
been
the
best
bit
of
our
trip
so
far.
The
staff
were
so
charming,
they
refused
our
tip
and
chased
us
down
the
street
to
return
it
despite
going
above
and
beyond
and
everything
being
crazy
cheap.
Everything
was
prepared
with
love.
Best
memory
of
Palermo
to
date.
