You can smell the grill food from the main street, then we knew exactly where to eat! Meat heaven “carne sulla brace”

Tasty, cheap, but don't expect atmosphere and very clean. But I still recommend it

A jolly meal indeed: clouds of smoke, plastic tables in the street, local workies having an early lunch with beer. Not particularly cheap (€15 euros for what you see on my plate on the picture). Nice local experience. I heard the owner speak quite decent English (we spoke Italian to each other). Sadly, the only grilled offal on offer were stigghioli, no livers or hearts.

We really like grilled meat and this place delivered. There is a refrigerated counter with assorted meats to choose from. We chose the bacon wrapped green onions, veal cutlets stuffed with ham, breadcrumbs and cheese and an Italian sausage. All of these items were grilled to order. We enjoyed sitting outside and eating while watching what’s going on around us. The guy at the counter was very nice and spoke a little English and that really helped. Minus one star because the set up isn’t very attractive.

If you like tasty BBQ-Style Streetfood, this is the place for you. I ate the Arosticcini and the Bacon Spring Onion Sandwich. Both very delicious with a splash of lemon!

So good. Fresh cooked sausage but quick. Great flavour!

It was a good street food vendor with good choices and interaction. Recommend trying the sheep's intestines which were tasty as we're the other dishes.

The guy is so kind and stigghiole are soooo delicious!

We enjoyed the experience as much as the stigghioli! The staff were very helpful and they cook the food fresh after you place your order. Make sure that you spritz with some lemon!

One of the best street food places i have been too, delicious food and a good atmosphere.

Gave 3 stars because this just wasn't for me. So nothing to do with the food itself. I'm sure to some this is something they could eat every day. I think once is enough for me. Great location and atmosphere.

Best of the best bbq in Europe

I found Da Jolly when looking up Sicilian speciality: the stighioli. And it was saying, here is one of the best places to try. Now, I also recommend it <3 Nicely done, grilled salty enough and rather fresh "meat". For a single portion of Stighioli (size in a pic, compared with large lime's bit) I paid €5.

Had a great panino con salsiccia here. Out in the sun, with a beer and a lot of smoke around. A supplier delivering boxes of food that barely fit on the scooter😂 Doesn't get more streetfood than this.

Followed the scent of the smoke down the alley and was not disappointed. Friendly staff and delicious pancetta wrapped goodies. Great for a street food lunch.
