Owner is rude, tries to charge you for fork and spoon after you spend 30 euro on food. He is small angry little man. As you can see every bad review posted he writes excuses and talks bad to customers, never admits his faults. Nothing against the staff they were very nice. Owner needs a reality check. Also we are Canadian so we know good service this was not it.

The food is just so so… very greasy, not authentic Thai at all… also it’s very sweet, you need to pay extra 50 cents if you want spicy source.

I ordered a Green Curry with Chicken, and I honestly don't really know what I ate. First off, no need for the salad on top. Second, there was no "curry", no coconut milk, no green curry paste, no eggplants or basil or anything reminiscent of a Thai Green Curry. I know some thai places have a drier curry, but you would still get some sort of green paste. Really confused if they got my order wrong or this is what Italians think Thai food is. The jury is out. UPDATE: Went back since i happened to be walking past and figured I would ask politely if they had given me the wrong order or not. Was curious and it was bugging me because I wanted to order again but actually get a green curry. I asked the chef directly and she basically told me I don't know what green curry was. To be 100% respectful, yes she is Thai, but I have lived in Thailand and eaten hundreds of green curry and never had one that looked anything like what I was given. Some are of course "drier" than others, but they all have green curry paste and some vegetables in (eggplants, pea eggplants, basil leaf etc etc), not just chunks of chicken, white rice and lettuce and shaved cabbage/carrot on top (NEVER in thailand). I even showed the photo and she said something about the rice soaking up the coconut milk (no chance, I live nearby and even the colour was all wrong). She then said they have green curry which they serve in a different container with room for the "soup" part, to which I wondered why didn't they do that when I ordered a green curry in the first place and point on the menu where it says GREEN CURRY under CURRY, not a rice with some chicken and salad on top of it. The right thing to do is be nice and accomodating, but she acted like I was an idiot and got very defensive. Needless to say I will never eat there again, don't treat customers like morons and you'll make it in life.

I’m from Hong Kong & was craving for spicy food because there was none in Europe.. I asked to make my pad Thai super spicy and thanks god they took it seriously! :)) It was spicy! Haha The noodles texture was good. Pork was a bit dry, but overall I think it’s tasty. You wont be disappointed. The owner and the chef were very nice people.. chef has a nice smile! Thank you..

The best pad Thai ever I have eaten compared the two counties Germany and Italy. Chef is very nice and the owner is super friendly person. The location is very close to the main party district of Parlemo.

My wife is Thai and after 9 days of eating Italian food we fancied a change before going back to the UK. I had massaman curry and my wife had pad krai po ☺ Both hit the spot and did the job. The best thai food in Palermo without a doubt. Highly recommended 👌

If you’re looking for an authentic Asian Thai experience, look no further. Pad Thai is a hidden gem of Palermo I had the pleasure of finding during my stay here. Served by lovely and warm hosts, the food here is moreish and never fails to hit the spot with its generous serving size! Have very rarely had such good and authentic street food style Thai cuisine. Thai food is my favourite and I must say this is a must. My favourite meals are the: Kang hun lay Massaman kai Pad thais With many more honorable mentions for you to try

One of the few Thai options in the city. If you like sweet flavours, you'll like the menu. If you prefer stronger flavours ask for extra spice. These aren't traditional curry dishes, so even famous dishes will taste a little different here, for example if you order a Thai green curry, both the rice and curry are served together rather than separately. If you want to be safe try the spring rolls, they're the best item on the menu

As Indonesian, I find the Fried Rice with fried egg is so delicious! they also add green chilies as I requested. If you fed up with fishes and pizza during your trip in Sicily, then this is the best place to go :)

This was an amazing find in Palermo, the food is superb, fresh & the facilities spotlessly clean. Chef & owner was so welcoming, helpful & informative & very proud of her cooking & asked my husband & I if everything was OK for us. If thai food is your preference this gem is an absolute must. Thank you for a lovely experience & hospitality. Cead mile failte

Exceptional! The takeout Kiosk is in English and other languages. They provide a very convenient pager if you want to walk at work walk around while your food is prepared. Great Thai beer selections, wonderful food flavors, and friendly staff!

EXCELLENT! I ordered 2 vegetarian items: Pad Thai and spring rolls (to-go). The staff was very friendly and helpful, they spoke just enough English to make a few suggestions, and nice conversation while I waited. Most notable, everywhere I looked was especially clean! I don't think I've ever seen a place that clean anywhere, made me feel very good about the order. Good portions for the prices. Will definitely return if I have the chance!

As a thai person who live in Germany, i would say this place is totally legit. Pad krapaw send me back home on first bite. Also Kang Hung Lay, which is already hard to find in Bangkok, but here the flavour is so right and authentic. 100/10. For extra charge of chilli, it is understandable because they use real thai chilli, and it is not cheap in Europe to be honest. Would recommend for anyone who want to try thai food. Friendly people here also. I will surely come back.
