Super perfect location. Nice rooftop deck for morning coffee. Charming and friendly front desk employee had good reccomendations.

Conveniently located in the middle of Palermo old town. No elevator but the staff carried our luggage all the way up (and down) to our room. The room is well soundproofed. Roof terrace especially quite and nice view. Staff fluent in English and well prepared on local history and recommendations.

Very convenient check in, great location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly owner and staff. Superb!

The view was lovely! Can’t emphasise enough how incredible our stay was. Before we were even in the place everyone was so lovely. Barbara and her husband were so kind every morning and helped with lots to do. The staff upstairs in the breakfast always asked about our day and it was a great way to start the day. We were there April 17, 18, and 19 of 2023. The husband and wife team who run the place are the epitome of Italian hospitality. We had many interesting conversations with Mr. Barra (I think I have the name correct); both he and Mrs. Barra went out of their way to help us with info about taxis, restaurants, train schedules, etc. The rooms were beautiful. The housekeeping was robust! The location is absolutely supurb. And the breakfast on the open patio was a veritable feast of Italian & Sicilian delicacies. (They even had large cups of coffee you could pour for yourself, more reminisent of Amsterdam or Germany than Italy... like an American bottomless cup). As you can tell, we really liked La Terrazza Sul Centro... and we plan to visit there again some day. Do it!

Nice B&B in the center of Palermo. Friendly staff and great location. The only problem is the amount of stairs, our room was pn the 3rd floor (no elevator).

I spent 3 nights in Terrazza sul Centro and it was a really good stay. The room was clean and spacious with all facilities I needed. The staff was so helpful and friendly , especially Vito who suggested an excellent restaurants, bars and places to visist. The breakfast was delicious and homemade with a big choice of pastries and salty snacks. Of course the view on church is just incredible. Can’t wait to come back

We spent two nights in Palermo and had a wonderful experience here! The location was incredible, very central to everything. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. All of the staff were so lovely and helpful. The breakfast every morning was excellent and the view was incredible. We can't wait to stay here again!

Great central location, gorgeous breakfast on an a beautiful rooftop terrace. Hosts were very nice, hospitable and gave us great recommendations.

Highly recommended for a vacation. The breakfast was great, owners very nice and helped us with some recommendations and reservations, and the location can't be beat. We were able to walk around Palermo's city center and see everything we wanted to see. The room had good air conditioning.

Barbara and Emiliano are super friendly people who will help you out the best way they can. The rooms have everything you need, clean and not to forget an amazing view over the city when you go for breakfast. The location is more then perfect to get around town as well. Definitely worth the visit!!

Modern and comfortable rooms in a lovely old building. The breakfast is wonderful, served on the roof terrace with a great view of the Palermo roof tops. The location can't be beaten. Barbera and her husband are incredibly friendly and helpful. Wish I could stay longer!

Great address, as the name implies, location could not be better and the terrace is fantastic. Our room (Beatrice) was great, with a nice view too. Breakfast was excellent, managers were friendly. Absolutely no negative point.

The property has an excellent location, walking distance from the city centre and everything you may need or want to see. The owners who run the place are great hosts, caring and humble people, always happy to help you. The view from the terrace is truly breath taking and it is also a great spot to enjoy some wine in the evening after a long day. We rented a standard room but were given a historical one which was really interesting as it has been well preserved and renewed. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a well located, friendly and comfortable accommodation.

What a great place to stay in Palermo. Location couldn't be better--practically across the street from the Fountain of Shame, close to restaurants etc. and as an older single woman and I felt safe, even at night--wonderful hosts, great breakfast (only place I stayed in Sicily that served fresh squeezed orange juice!), well-appointed room. I had the annex room, which is on the first floor but inside the building--a big room with a comfortable bed.

I was very impressed with the convenience of La Terrazza Sul Centro. I stayed here, while on business, and found the experience delightful. The hotel management and receptionist team, were truly very friendly, and accommodating during my stay. My room was very clean, and the building facilities are well maintained! I will be staying here again.
