I was looking for a hair salon in Palermo that would complete my grown-out highlights and cut my hair. Based on the positive reviews, I chose My Room Hair Salon and I'm more than happy with the result. Although we communicated in English, the hairdresser understood my requirements and did exactly what I wanted. The highlight looks great and the cut is splendid, too. I am very careful while choosing places for my next hair coloring experience (especially not in my home country), but this place exceeded my expectations - I had a cut and blonde coloring in highlights. I was nicely surprised by professional and very kind staff and services provided. All went great!

I came here during my trip in Sicily and I was so happy with the results!! They were very friendly and very understanding of what I wanted. I explained everything in English and they I understood everything. I got a hairstyle (blowout) and a keratin treatment, my hair was left super smooth and it has not gotten frizzy since the treatment. I definitely recommend this salon!!

I am a hairstylist in Toronto and was looking to get a haircut in Palermo during my visit. I did a lot of research and came across this beautiful hair oasis. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in their craft. The shampoo was incredible and the haircut was exactly what I wanted. I felt amazing when I left and got to learn a few things to take back home. The salon is very clean and organized. I guess I'll be booking a flight everytime I need a haircut. Bravo !

Amazing service, and the hair cut was probably the best I’ve ever had in whole my life! The styling at the end was absolutely amazing and made me feel very confident! I had such a a great experience with this salon. I came in for a haircut, and attempted to explain what I wanted with a translator, however something was lost in translation as they did not cut enough. When I told them, they were super kind and invited me back for another hair cut without charge. The second haircut was great, and my hair felt healthy and refreshed afterwards. Even though I found it difficult to communicate with the staff due to my lack of Italian, I found them to be very warm and welcoming.

Amazing experience & results!! I am so so happy with my hair, and the experience as a whole was fantastic - even despite the language barrier, they really took the time to understand what I wanted while sticking to my budget. I got "contouring"highlights, a toner and a blow dry and it turned out so nice. The staff really make you feel at ease, are so kind and even speak some English. I will definitely be back next time I am in Palermo! Thank you so much :)

As a tourist who does not speak Italian it is always a risk to get a hair cut and colour. HOWEVER the owner was very patient as we discussed by WhatsApp and then when I arrived. He used Google translate and in the end, in no time at all my dreadful grey, tortured hair looked amazing, fresh, subtly coloured soft and silky. The cut was perfect. Thank you. I highly recommend this salon.
