Pinnacle of my trip to palermo. Guided by the locals we consumed about 20 kg of crocchè and panelle & 18 milza sandwiches. Everything comes served with lemon but this is misleading do not put it on the melanzane or you'll be immediately excommunicated also beware that eating the fritti will make your hands greasy and makes the lemon very hard to hold. The becks refill themselves miraculously!

Very different and amazing taste❤️ If you like offal, this is a place you should visit. Pani ca Meusa which consist of juicy and fresh meat of beef, lamb and goat. The presentation of the preparation phase which you can see from the video was also nice 👍 there is also sitting place around.

Really good and cheap streetfood in palermo. I have tried Panelle and Pani Ca Meusa Have to try once in Palermo.

This is one of the best street foods I have ever had! We have hesitated to try the spleen sandwich; but we loved it! If you are in Palermo you should definitely try spleen sandwich with cheese!

First time trying Pani ca meusa and it's AMAZING! Nicely toasted bread with perfectly oily, tender and succulent spleen. Highly recommend trying this traditional Sicilian street food!
