This accommodation has been wonderful. So spacious and very comfortable. It's close to many activities and transport. Our host Martina has been beyond brilliant. We are seasoned travellers and Martina would be among the best we have ever dealt with.

Location was brilliant, the apartment was really large and eclectic in taste. It was a great base for a longer stay in Palermo.

La Carla Terrace is a great space! The apartment is ideally located, central (10 to 20 minutes) to the main tourist attractions. It’s a stylish place to come back to at the end of a busy day, with one balcony off the lounge and two terraces off the bedroom. The views from the front terrace and bathroom are fabulous! Well equipped place with everything you need. Although the deck chairs are old/weathered and could do with being replaced. No elevator thou and located up 75 steps so not practical for those with mobility issues but fine for us! Our host Martina was very helpful and friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay. One of the easiest check ins! The apartment was true to the photos and in excellent condition. Martina provided us with excellent recommendations in the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed the inner terrace at the end of a day of touring. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Nice modern flat with good kitchen. Nice bathroom and the terraces upstairs were nice to sit out on. Worth saying there are over 70 stairs to climb to get to the apartment with no lift, but that is quite common in these buildings. Good location with view of harbour and an easy walk to several nice cafes/bars

The apartment is lovely, but older people might find the two flights of stairs difficult to manage. The floors have not been well cleaned as evidenced by a green shirt left by a previous renter behind the chair in the center sitting room that is still there! The bathroom off the kitchen emits a foul odor of sewage. Neither drain board for washed dishes, paper towels or dish towels are provided, and one towel per person for 3 nights and 4 needed showers is really not sufficient!!

We arrived late, the transfer service was perfect. The remote control units for the ACs were missing at the property, the rooms were naturally hot. After some nudging the remote controls were delivered one hour later. The property kept all the promises of the pictures and descriptions - we did enjoy our stay. The hand-over was also very pleasantly handled and again, the transfer service was perfect. I happily recommend the property and Domus Sicily.

I would give this 5 stars for the location, accommodation and great hostess Martina but, our 3 night stay was marred by the apartment above the main bedroom at 4.30a.m /5 a.m marching around in heels ! We were woken and kept awake as it was extremely loud and irritating. Last night above the 2nd bedroom the people above played video games/tv loudly all night long! Martina the hostess was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Also, a tea towel or kitchen roll would have been useful!
