I booked and paid for for apartament. Three days before arrive my Mother died. I asked the owner to refund all or at least half the amount for booked days but they refused. Total lack of empathy from the owner. Greed and lack of understanding for the customer

The multisuite was clean and nice. Decent location- about 15-20 minutes from the center of town. But I can not give this place a good review... The host Momo- was constantly limiting my privileges and lecturing me about activities the group that book with the same travel provider did the month before... That wasn't me. I didn't do anything wrong. There is a beautiful roof, which Momo limited my access to because the month before misused the roof. I just wanted to journal on the roof.

✅ Ok location but there is a main street with a tram outside the building ⚠️ Clean but dirty couch and walls ❌ Unprofessional staff ❌ Check in time is 4pm, no way to leave your bags when arriving earlier. There was no hot water in the apartment as well. I was told initially to wait 30min, later got a text that I have to wait 1hour. With such a late check in that’s in my opinion not acceptable ❌ For 3 nights and two people you get one capsule of coffee. ✅ Free water in the fridge

I had booked a room to this place 4 months in advance but was told THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL that the hotel was overbooked and therefore our reservation was cancelled! We were looking forward for this place but sadly weren’t able to try it and on top of that caused us a lot of stress and time waisting on the phone trying to get a room in palermo centrale very last minute.

Reiable, could store luggage theoughout the day safely. Clean room, nice rooftop, sadly the yacuzzi was understandably closed during off-season (March). Friendly staff.

Such an amazing apart-hotel Clean, new and massive apartment with full appliances. Smooth check-in while Momo from reception explained it perfectly and been extremely nice with us all time Definitely the place is highly recommended for it itself and it's location
