I really wanted to visit this museum, so I double checked their working hours and headed towards the villa. The park and the villa seemed abandoned. When I came up to the villa, the door was closed, even though it was about 3 hours before it was supposed to close. I knocked multiple times, but no one answered. They should state their working hours more clearly. But the villa looks beautiful from the outside, I can only wonder how it looks on the inside though…

Today in Saturday 15:30 was closed with no explanation. Why?

Nice park for a garden here to have a walk in on a sunny day.

Beautyful place, prepared guides, kind staff and great garden. Definitely Recommended.

I don't recommend you to go there, there is no explanation at all that it was closed

It is a nice place to visit. But the experience can be better: (1) The guide can't wait to drive us away half an hour before closing time. The guide quickly introduced a room at the door and turn off the lights, when I have not yet entered the room. Then at the exit, guide said 'Thank you for your visit! Good bye!' and waited for us to leave. I was shocked because I haven't decided to end my visit. (2) When we asked the guide where is the room that people used to take bath/shower in the building, the guide impatiently led us to public toilets!

Not so much a garden tour. Is a good tour of a very old mansion. They made their money first by making wine, then later olive oil and tuna.

The gardens have interesting specimens, but nothing is labeled and there are not many flowers. The only small fountain was very neglected.

Very run down gardens. Inside the house interesting but in need of some tlc
